I needed the product I ordered from Fruugo on the date they stated it would arrive. My need was that time-contingent. Instead of fulfilling this commitment, they informed me (after payment) that I would be delivered 2-3 weeks later. I cancelled. They claimed the shipment change date was within their "window" of permissability. I contacted my credit card company and have cancellect the order. Don't use these folks -- they are untrustworthy and unreliable --

I tried to alert Yodel of an identity theft re: a package they notified me about that was being delivered to Liverpool. I live in New Hampshire/US. After waiting an interminable time waiting for a chat opening (no email option available), I provided some of the information requested, but apparently not fast enough for LONA, my Yodel chat rep. She signed off. Never bothered to ask me "are you still there?", just notified me that since she hadn't heard from me, she was signing off. What a waste of my time --

Must admit I thought Goggles4u might have a downside in service to match their incredible prices, but was wrong. My prescription for near, far, and computer glasses were filled promptly. More than this, their online information, phone support (I needed to check something), and email notifications were top notch. I'll be using them again -- a truly good business of Amazon caliber --
