Poor service. Quality good when it works but increasingly everything is HUGE. If the allowed purchasers were allowed to review on their site as per almost all other online shop we could learn from one another. With cost of delivery returns it’s in the balance wether I shop with them again.

Cheesed off with C S Sellors I ordered Jensen ring before Christmas and half of box missing! It was a present AND we know complete packaging is important and useful for resale. I’ve asked FOUR times for the rest of the box no joy despite reassurance it’s on its way! 🥱 So if it’s a busy time of year you may be frustrated….

Delivery late items missing and no acknowledgement other than substitutes I did not order.
Big marketing campaigns and promotion are all very well but if you don’t have the product to fulfil don’t expect happy customers...

Occasionally we do need to substitute an item due to a crop failure or shortage, however the substituted items are always carefully chosen to fill the same role as the original item. Ordering went well washer dryer available and promptly delivered. Machine is very good we had two to collect and dispose of unfortunate the driver and mate didn’t know this. They did take them and do a very good job but the office should have advised them. Would buy from Discount Appliance Centre again.
