Ordered a barebones kit in July. Realised i had ordered an ANSI version and sent an email out requesting cancellation of my order. My email was sitting in their spam for a good few weeks. In that time I had already received my board.

In the meantime I have built the board and using the ANSI layout to move over from ISO. Jake followed up with me and apologised for the very late reply and made things right.

Will be ordering again in the future. Thanks again Jake

I ordered some Christmas gifts for the wife. All but 1 were delivered no problems and are very good quality. The products are exactly as described and pictured and I'm very happy with them, and the wife will be too on Christmas day!

One item was delivered to the wrong address by Evri and went missing. Having said this, customer service was excellent throughout and I was offered a refund or a replacement. Extremely refreshing to have such great customer service from a company I have never ordered from before -- I will definitely be ordering again after this positive experience (apart from Evri)

Great customer service. I have previously shopped with AO and had a great experience too. We ordered our fridge freezer for our new property and it arrived with broken feet. While the delivery guys were still at my house I spoke to a lady at AO and she got us a new delivery date for our new fridge. Very polite and helpful. Good tracking options too so that's always a plus. Good service, good price. Can't complain.

Absolutely brilliant service, very fast delivery. Exactly what I ordered and very pleased with my purchase. Definitely going to be ordering again.
