The vacuum I bought from their online store broke after 1 day. I reported the failure that day. It is now 9 days later and they STILL have not supplied me a return label. I keep calling and getting the run around. It's been "escalated" or marked as "urgent" 4 times now, yet every time I call they act like it's the first time they're "escalating" it. Joke of a manufacturer making an unreliable product that can't even last 1 day. Avoid MOVA and Dreame!

Brightspeed Fiber internet is much faster, cheaper, and more reliable than Comcast/Xfinity. I am so thankful that Brightspeed expanded it to my neighborhood.

Cafepress has products no one else has (custom wallets for example) and they have always had top notch customer service and order fulfillment. I would order from them again in the future, no doubts.
