Whole process, even correcting times after tickets were purchased was easy as pie!

The mother board on my refig went out before the additional warranty I purchased expired. Service tech was out within 48 hrs of call. Informed me that they would have order the part as no one had it in stock. Two and half weeks later and about $40.00 in ice he returned with new part. Turns out to be wrong part. New part has to come from overseas & that's a 3-1/2 week lead time. New parts in, everything is working. I file a spoilage claim only to be denied because the only thing the policy pays for food spoilage is if the compressor failed! Nothing else. Six weeks living out of coolers and a bar refrig.

I've been ordering long tube lights for a couple of years but had a need for 25 screw-in type lights. My property has two carports that require 18 bulbs. The ones we had been buying from Home depot were ok but had a life span of no more than 1-1/2 yeras and they kept on burning out within 90 days. After speaking with both Chris & Sam about bulb life I made the choice to order screw in bulbs with a 25,000 hour life span. They took care of shipping and rebates and I now have 2 very well lite car ports that cost less to light and will not need any bulb changes for 4-1/2 years!
