Extremely unprofessional and poor service when it comes to refunds. The event I was meant to attend was cancelled and since the time I have requested for my refund, the team has been dilly dallying and providing conflicting information each time which is unacceptable as a service provider. It's been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting on my refund only to be told that I still need to wait. Definitely a provider one needs to stay away from as they have no integrity.
Great fun was had by all, grandchildren loved it (so did nanny and granddad),a little on the pricey side but in the end it was worth it,just a shame you couldn’t go round again so take your time in there. The grandchildren have asked to go again,so we will be back there sometime.Could do with a cafeteria.

Very disappointing and stressful experience trying to organise wheelchair access for a Candlelight concert.
I was attempting to book two tickets for the Candlelight: Tribute to Michael Jackson in Brisbane for my client, who uses a wheelchair. Before purchasing, I simply wanted clarification on how wheelchair seating works, as the event states seating is first come, first seated, yet there was no option during booking to indicate that one ticket was for a wheelchair user.
I contacted Fever, was directed elsewhere, emailed the Candlelight team as instructed, received only an automated response, and also tried calling without getting an answer. While we were waiting for basic accessibility information, the session we wanted sold out.
The whole process felt unnecessarily difficult and, frankly, discriminatory. A wheelchair user should not face additional barriers to securing a ticket simply because they need accessible seating. We were not asking for special treatment, only clear information about where a wheelchair user sits, whether a space needed to be reserved, and whether their support worker could sit beside them.
Accessibility information should be clear and easy to organise at the point of booking, not something that requires multiple calls and emails with no response. Very disappointing experience.
The service was excellent. My issue was resolved in a very satisfactory manner. Would definitely do my bookings again through Fever.

Easy to change my ticket when made a mistake. Easy to use.

Just yesterday I finally got my 16 y/o daughter to see Starstruck. She was 'blown away' by the virtual show. Needless to say she loved it and now is asking to see Titanic. Sadly my wife suffers from intense claustrophobia and wouldn't dare put on the virtual googles.

I paid $145 for tickets for my daughter's birthday and I never received tickets. They refuse to refund my money. So basically they took my money and I got nothing.
The website description of this event painted a picture of an immersive, atmospheric experience. Unfortunately, that description felt more like a story than an accurate representation of what we actually walked into.
We were ushered into a large white cinderblock room filled with rows upon rows of cheap plastic chairs that seemed designed for child-sized adults. There was nothing “speakeasy” about the space. No intimacy, no ambiance, no attempt to transport you into another time or place. For an event built around atmosphere and storytelling, the environment was probably the biggest disappointment.
The drinks didn’t help. They were premade, limited, and honestly just not very good.
The actors themselves were fine, and there was clearly potential there. My biggest issue with the performance was that the actors were also responsible for serving the drinks. That created far too much downtime between scenes and completely killed whatever momentum the show managed to build. Hire separate serving staff and let the actors act. There were so many fascinating stories that could have been told with that extra time, which would have made the experience feel much fuller and more immersive.
I’m giving it three stars because the concept has a lot of potential and the acting was decent. But the environment and atmosphere were seriously lacking, especially compared with how the event was advertised. With a better venue, actual speakeasy ambiance, dedicated serving staff, better drinks, and more time devoted to the stories, this could have been a genuinely great experience.
As it stands, we were promised a dark, immersive speakeasy experience and got plastic chairs in a white cinderblock room.
Prompt and no issues with refund, thanks
