It is efficient

It is efficient. good value for the monthly subscription. Communication is also good in that you are kept up to date on your monthly subscription though there is no possibility of speaking to a human being and problems are not always solved by Q&A or Chat.
My main concern, and this may not be attributable to SMARTY, is the loss of data when I use googlemaps.

Also, Google maps requires data usage to operate, but you can download specific maps to work offline in advance before you travel.

Blenheim Water

The water is for a friend recovering after months in hospital. She loves it and it is one of the few drinks she can stomach at present.
The Blenheim water arrived punctually and I was kept fully informed of the order's progress.

We received our cartridges- the correct number and colour- on the promised date- next day- well packaged and clearly labelled. This has not always been the case from other online providers.

Very prompt, reliable and easily tracked service

Our Miele vacuum cleaner was delivered very quickly, at no extra cost, at the time that the tracking system gave. Our address is rural and quite hard to find but delivery was on time and with a smile. Extremely satisfied.
