Emirates Airlines’ customer service was shockingly poor. They genuinely didn’t seem to care, and for such a huge global brand, it’s incredibly disappointing🙄!!!!

We booked a holiday in Mauritius previously with Jenny Jackson which was outstanding, so have just booked our Caribbean cruise for later this year with her.
