Great product for the money delivery was quick, would definitely recommend.

Great product, my wife is really happy. Very fast delivery. Great company. Only downside was the instructions are completely in Italian but fortunately I figured it out easily enough.

Delivery time and packaging was excellent. Courier let the side down by delivering to the wrong address but finally turned up on the door step a few days later.

No resistance what so ever pointless lice of equipment

Please don't use this website, unfortunately my mother ordered a stepper machine from this company and it arrived with faulty resistance bands. The quality of the machine wasn't the best either, my mum decided she wanted a refund and that's when the questionable conduct started!

You will have to pay for the refund yourself! To make matters worse, the return address on their website is being occupied by another company! So Royal mail has no where to deliver the returned parcel to!

Upon bringing the above facts to Home Fitness Code, I received a response from their support team, I was told that they have changed their return address. No apology or explanation to why, they haven't updated their new returns address on their website.

The "support team" is incredibly unhelpful and very delayed in their response.

Home fitness code are attempting to obstruct a refund process, which is immoral business behaviour.

We have consumer rights and Home fitness code are attempting to, bypass them. If you want to struggle getting your refund back and want delayed responses, then use home fitness code! If you want a straightforward shopping experience, then order your workout equipment from a reputable company, who won't attempt to shy away from their trading responsibilities!

Home fitness Code, arrange a collection for your equipment and refund my mother’s money as soon as possible.

My treadmill C1 arrived super fast and works greatly so far. I haven't dealt with any issues or customer service so I wouldn't know about the quality of that. The product is great so far

Arrived on time, well packaged. Instructions easy to follow. I bought it to help with swollen legs and it is definitely helping. Am pleased with product.

Been looking for a home treadmill for a while. Did a lot of research and these guys came up tops for what I was in need of. Really happy with my purchase, no delivery problems and over the moon with my treadmill. 5 stars all round

Great walking pad - I did LOTs of research before deciding on this one. For me the key points were auto incline, slightly longer walking area and a higher mph than others (some only go to 6kph). Overall great - it does feel smaller and more compact than a regular treadmill so do expect that feeling - but that is going to be the case whatever one you go for. But it really does the job and is very quiet too.

Affordable and durable. Have had it for more than two weeks and so far so good. Delivery was super.

My treadmill arrived very quickly, 3 says after ordering, but the instruction manual was in Italian (im in uk) so I scanned and translated them them to English. Once set up per instructions, the treadmill was dead, no power, so im currently in contact with customer service to resolve the issue. They have been very quick to respond, and want me to send a video to demonstrate the issues when I try to set it up. A bit of a faff for me. I just want a courier to pick it up and deliver a new one that works!
