This is the second year of purchasing these notebooks and again, fantastic service and quick turnaround. People expecting leatherbound notebooks for just over a tenner will be disappointed, however, those expecting a useful notebook with an unsuitable message on the cover will be very pleased.

The goods took nearly two weeks to arrive but I was kept up to date with movements. I received an email asking me for my preferred delivery date, which was extremely useful, they even called me to confirm. I was then given the tracking number so the service was fantastic. The goods arrived in pristine condition and I love my new purchase!

Good arrived on time and as per the website. Lovely doors, they look stunning. Very happy with them.

Ordered the A1 version (box opened but goods have not been out of the box) on a next day service. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. The box had been resealed but the goods inside were in their original packaging and untouched as far as I could see. The item itself was in perfect condition and as per the website, easy to put together and a lovely looking piece. Would order again.

Visited the Doncaster branch for a product that was recently discontinued and out of stock at the store. They ordered me in the tiles I wanted from another branch and then called me when they were ready to be collected. Great service.

I have ordered several items from Better Bathrooms a couple of which were damaged in transit. They replaced the goods with no fuss but it was almost impossible to get through on their telephone helplines which I found incredibly frustrating. Once you spoke to someone, they pretty much dealt with it straight away but as I said, very frustrating as at one point I held on for 20 minutes and then gave up which meant trying again (and failing) another time. Am happy with the quality of the goods though and would use them again.

We only went into the store to get inspiration but came out with a new kitchen and a bottle of fizz as a thank you! Couldn't believe the discount we got and the excellent design service. Our advisor really knew his stuff and made sure we had everything included, down to the hanging brackets. Couldn't be happier with it. We made several changes up to the point of it going into production and it wasn't any trouble for them to change it. Would recommend them to anyone. We would definitely go back if we needed another kitchen.

Ordered my red breadbin one day and it arrived the next! Great quality and very pleased with it.
