Forever delayed order, with 0 info provided about the status of it. Will it come this year? Will it even come? Nobody tells you or writes anything in their joke of a site. I tried the customer support call center, half times someone picks up and says "we are busy we will call you back" (they never do)!! So you have to be lucky to fall to someone who actually works their money and isn't lazy, good luck. This is the most ridiculous thing I have seen in a call center, I wonder what dumb managers they have over there. Then I sent an email and apparently someone called after that but I missed it. So they sent an email to say they called me but couldn't find me but not telling me what they were calling me for..It's surreal how terrible and incompetent they are. It's weird that they haven't gone bankrupt. Every person in the management should be fired yesterday. And then half the customer support.
Absolutely not recommended. Go to Leroy. Go to any shop other than praktiker. Any e-shop is better than praktiker.

They were already on the expensive side to begin with, then they decided to raise their prices 'because inflation' by 5 euros (the real reason is probably a lazy & greedy management). And then, while they said the new price would be 39.99€ they started pulling from the bank 40€. How is this even legal? The first time customer support said it was a rounding error and they would pay back the difference. Not only they never did, but they kept doing the same 'rounding error' the following month too. I'm done with them, this is not a serious company. I can't trust a word they say at this point. They are greedy and unreliable and I'm surprised they still exist.

Non existent customer service. They just ignore you. I have made multiple orders and usually things work. But the one time sth might go wrong they just ignore you. I miss a package, wrote them 3 times, all ignored. I will open a dispute in PayPal now to get my money, that's the only way with them. And then I'll delete my account and never order. Plus it always bothered me how much useless marketing material they send, despite explicitly asking to stop doing this because it's useless and I throw it in the trash feeling bad for the waste.

I update my review since I did eventually receive my order. However I wouldn't recommend overall the service. The customer support is not existing, they never provided a real tracking number, the delivery was delayed and I have sent like 4-5 messages asking for more information and nobody responded. Ordered a carpet that was supposed to be gray based on the pictures, it turned out to be brownish. They refuse to take it back, claiming it is the right one and the pictures can be "a little bit" different. It's common sense that it might be a little darker or lighter, not different color. So apparently the pictures they display are just a Photoshop product and nothing close to reality. Never again from shops like this.
