Never again will I rent a car from centauro. This is my second trust pilot review as centauro responded to my previous negative review advising me to contact their customer service via a web link. However from what I can see this is just a standard response and they have zero intention of responding to my multiple attempts to contact them to submit an official complaint. The link they supplied results an an automated response advising that my query is considered resolved and when you proceed with Nother email there is no response. This company provides no customer service. Please beware!!!

I had make a reservation for a car rental in Sicily and had prepaid the car rental in full. We were due to collect the car on 7/8/26 in Catania airport, Sicily but due to volcanic activity our flight was delayed and eventually diverted to Palermo meaning we could not collect the car until 8/8/26. We did not arrive in Catania until 4.30am on morning of 8th August. We went to the Centauro car rental office at 10.30am on 8/8/26 to be informed that our reservation had been cancelled due to 'no show'. I find this hard to understand as we had prepaid in FULL for the care for the period 7/8 to 14/8. we were advised we could rebook for a much higher cost (approx 400 Euro more expensive), which we did as we did not want to waste any more of our time on this matter. The air conditioning on the car we were given was very poor and took ages to cool down. The tyre pressure warning light was on continuously even though we checked the pressure in all tyres and all were fine.

To make matters worse they have responded with a link to their customer service and then you fill out all your details and describe the horrible experience you have had with centauro and you get an automated email response to say your query is considered resolved. I have asked on multiple times for their complaints policy and contact details but no response. Please read this before using Centauro. I can't understand how AGCM can allow this company to get away with this behaviour.

Rang AA today to request my car be towed to my local garage. They refused due to distance. Requested they tow to my home address. They refused as it was too far. The car had broken down in dun laoghaire and I live in Finglas. I eventually found a garage in dun laoghaire who agreed to look at car. Rang AA back at 12.50 to arrange car to be towed there. Advised it could be 2 hours. It's now 5 o clock and AA have just advised they can't come for at least 2 more hours.....that is AA service for you.

Really impressed with weatherseal. Extremely professional and efficient throughout the process from initial site visit by Trevor and during the application today. Michael did a great job today applying the insulation foam and the house was left clean and tidy. Thanks for a great job.
