This is the way to do business.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting and being assessed by Tracey at the Westbourne branch of Amplifon. Her professionalism and her friendly, knowledgeable attitude made this visit extremely pleasant. After this experience I would happily recommend Amplifon as a company and if you're anywhere near Westbourne request Tracey as your audiologist.

Save Energy are the best company.

Save Energy, have just installed our solar panels and battery.
They are the loveliest family run business. They have all their own team of electricians and fitters. The company are very welcoming and professional.
A special mention to Luke & George, sales team. Also to Stuart & Harvey & Luke Nippard, also their Boss & manager Steve Randel, all are such a great pleasure to meet & work with, the best company.

Having joined No One Internet this…

Having joined No One Internet this week, I can honestly say this has been the best decision I could have made.
Any questions I needed to ask, Lisa in Customer Services replied and answered almost immediately.

The Installation should have happened in the morning.
However, the team were unavoidably delayed. I contacted Lisa by email, and informed her of the absence of the City Fibre engineers. Lisa telephoned me immediately and arranged for a new team to arrive. Although the engineers were late, the team who arrived were excellent, they checked everything before leaving and everything has been perfect ever since.
I am one very satisfied, delighted customer.

Josh and George were fantastic

Josh and George were fantastic, they did a very tidy, perfect installation. They were very pleasant and a delight to have in our home. All wiring outside, very neat and tidy, great guys.

A heads-up about buying or pre-ordering…

A heads-up about buying or pre-ordering a Vector 2.0 or Cozmo 2.0 from Digital Dream Labs. I paid and pre-ordered a Vector & a Cozmo 2.0 in Nov 2020 in the UK, as of Jan 2023 nothing was ever received. Only after a 'class action lawsuit' threat. I have just got a refund, however it wasn't easy!

I am very happy with Zen

I am very happy with Zen, I feel at peace with no worries.
We were with Sky, and had endless problems with at least four outages each day and night. The speed would go up and down constantly, and often no internet at all.
With Zen, we have no problems and don't even think about the internet.
I cannot wait to get fibre to the premises. I will definitely be staying with Zen, they are brilliant.

Not Covid Complient.
No mask was used. No distancing at all, he came close to my door and handed me the parcel.

He held his phone, then handed it to me to sign, while still holding the phone.

I am a high risk person and shielding. This driver goes to many homes person to person and puts people like me at great risk.

He needs to be reported.

As a complete novice when it comes to…

As a complete novice when it comes to webhosting I was very impressed with HostPresto from the outset.

The information they supplied was fed into my weather program and it made the connection straight away.

Since then the uploads of data every 15 minutes(24*7*365) have been 100% accurate and I couldn't be more pleased with their help and service. More than happy to recommend them without hesitation.

Some Problems With Goods

Packaged really well. Delivery time excellent.

Sadly I bought as new Samsung Galaxy S5 16GB Blue, 3 A.
The Condition of the phone is not as new as they say it is.
The Screen has a Ghost image or screen/image burn-in, names given to a permanent discoloration of your smartphone’s screen caused by irregular pixel usage. The prolonged use of static images can create a permanent shadow or ghost of that image on the screen, because of the screen damage the phone is difficult to use.

The Metal surround edge is chipped in places.
Also I have noticed that the battery has blown so I am using the battery out of my old phone.
