Contacted Ben about a patio door that we were having difficulty locking. He gave a quote over the phone and came out same day and resolved the issue. He did such a good job, we asked him to also look at a window that wasn't closing flush to the frame, which was also fixed there and then. Price was very reasonable for such fast and efficient service.

I ordered 3 items and was expecting delivery in about 3 days. After over a week I called to find out what was happening. I was told the order was allocated and that I would get a call back with a delivery time. I needed one item as a birthday present so explained that I could cancel the other items in order to speed up delivery. The operator then explained that it was indeed one of the non-urgent items that was holding up the order. I cancelled that item and received the other 2 items the next day. However, I believe that if I hadn't called and suggested calling the other items, the order would have been further delayed.
