Great spot for visiting Wimbledon just be careful as it’s a very tight entrance - just got in with my BMW x5 but inches to spare.

This was a purchase of the same Ray Bans I have been getting for years. They arrived quickly and the lenses are perfect. The only thing I didn’t realise was that there are different sized frames and these ones are bigger than usual so they look a bit funny. Had I gone to my independent high street opticians they would have advised me on this. So great price and basically the same glasses but slightly big.

Sunny and Davinder were on time and very helpful carrying in the mattresses. ☺️

Be very careful with this company. Ordered some of their most expensive flooring - the Abbey Gall 120mm Natural oak solid wood floor. I ordered a sample which seemed to be perfect and the photos on the website also looked great however the £1,000 worth of flooring which arrived bore no relation to either. The planks were listed as being in 1820mm plank lengths however these are actually made up of several short sections bonded together with no matching grain shapes and massive differences in colour even within planks let alone the whole batch. I would say they are mackled together from all the unwanted offcuts of premium flooring left over. Only a small fraction of the flooring matches the samples or website in any way. I tried to send them back for a refund but because we had opened them up to let them breath for a week before fitting, they would not accept and in any case it was at our own cost - I have no idea how to organise to send a pallet back. They denied they had mis-sold in any way and also pointed me towards detailed T's & C's which had to be sought out on the website and where not made obvious. It was, I admit, mentioned in the website description that they were made up of smaller planks,"a real winner" they said, and that "natural shading will always occur" but the photos and samples are so misleading I do not agree. I have now bought more flooring elsewhere and will have to use this for very expensive kindling. Buyer beware - I do not think this company trades honestly.

Hackett keep on changing the socks they sell. They were my go-to but can no longer buy the socks that suit me. I want a slightly thicker sock but they are all so thin now and don’t last.

I requested a refund after working up quite a large account balance and the system rejected this on two occasions. Once I raised a complaint however this was sorted quickly and I was refunded the money within 24 hours. Thank you.

Following my complaint about the time it had taken to produce these shutters and then the even longer fitting window, customer service did respond and managed to find an appointment a few days later. The job is done now and they look good - just a shame we had to go through this route.

We have used these guys for two houses worth of shutters in the past without problem but beware their shocking lead times - an order for a holiday home for two tiny windows in early April have now been given a fitting window of August 23rd which is almost the end of the holiday season and makes them pointless. Had it been made clear to me that they would take so long (and we were promised by the fitter Chris that they would be fitted by July) we would have gone elsewhere. Very angry.
