Just bought and received Apduro panniers and top box from MotoWales for my BMW R1300GS. Very helpful advice on the phone when deciding exactly what items I needed. Good updates when the delivery was being despatched. Only grumble is UPS kept telling me they were arriving on one day and then rescheduling to the next day. Items came very well packed but I assume we have Apduro to thank for that!!?? They are really lovely boxes, very pleased with them.

Review of BBL Batteries
Had a problem with a Lifos 68Ah battery purchased over a year ago from BBL Batteries which needed to be returned to Lifos under warranty. Lifos were a bit odd about this saying it had to be returned via BBL batteries. Andy at BBL Batteries Exeter did an outstanding job managing the return and replacement. He rang me regularly to keep me updated and I had the replacement battery within a week which is great as I'm away this weekend off grid. Thanks to Lifos for the replacement but why are you giving your retailers such a hard time? They even sent the replacement battery to BBL Batteries who had to pay to send it on to me. BBL Batteries covered all the courier costs. Well done BBL Batteries, outstanding customer service.

I did an online order of a Miele vacuum cleaner and immediately realised I'd ordered the wrong one (Miele's fault for having confusing models specifications). Rang Thurgo up and the order was cancelled without any issues and the credit card refund appeared promptly.
Review of Plumbing For Less
Everything came on time as expected well packed. I was not charged any more for delivery of a 2m length of 100mm round pipe even though the T & Cs said I might be.
On the downside, the packing, although very thorough and designed to protect the pipe ends, resulted in a large amount of clear tape adhesive being left on the pipe which took quite a bit of cleaning off.
