I was stranded in the middle of a major road and was petrified. The RAC arrived within 20 mins, moved car to a safer location and dealt with problem within 10 mins.

Only problem is to request help u need to go via app, approve by email etc. when you are panicking/in a vulnerable state this is difficult and is easier to talk to someone.

Set up and account, made zero sales or zero purchases. Account banned for fradulent activity. No clarity or evidence. AI generated responses - god help anyone that uses this app for financial gain. It should be illegal.

My dishwasher stop draining, and I attempted to repair myself and failed. I texted Filip and he came the next day, fixed the issue in less than an hour and stayed to test all was ok.

A stupid company to be honest. Only deliver Monday to Friday, refuse to leave with neighbour or at a local depot. Only deliver on weekends if you pay a fee of 4.99. If you are not in - because apparently everyone is at home during the working week they simply walk away..

Didnt arrive within 1 hour window - and wasted my day.

Runkd claims to be a .co.uk website however it is infact Italian and hence be prepared to pay 70 quid more than advertised priced as there will be VAT and an import charge raised by the courier. I know they say its on their website from previous reviews but so many people keep making the same mistake its clearly requires further clarity. Save yourself stress and just use another website - utter nonsense and a scam

Nightmare began on Friday 20th Oct. Car started overheating, and I pulled to a local garage. Garage less than helpful and told me “we are too busy, called ur breakdown cover”. So that is exactly what I did, RAC called to make sure I was safe, came within the hour, dropped me off to an approved garage, told them the work needed, dropped me to work and even arranged a hire care. I cannot thank David Mears enough, a very helpful RAC engineer who is an asset to this company.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. They found a garage for my car in a few days and arranged for the delivery.

All garages they do business with are very high quality and won’t screw you over. Kept garages updated throughout.

Travelling from Gatwick to Corfu with a package to include flights, hotel transfer and hotel. No issues with the transfer or the flight to Corfu. The checkin was simply and staff at the airport and on board were helpful with no delays. Hotel booked at Sellas hotel, due to it’s location to the beach. On booking, room was advertised as Air Con which I paid slightly more than other hotels on booking given it is 37 degrees in Greece, but was told on check in, that to use aircon this would cost additional 15 euros a day which is extreme and pretty sly. Room was basic, but due to it’s location leaving windows open for ventilation was a sentence for insect bites. TV was old and had no report with only 1 or 2 channels, with no remote. In addition to this, again WiFi advertised but no reception in my room. Flights booked for 6am but was told checkout was for 12pm the day before resulting in 12 hours with nothing to do. Part of me believes this is to force visitors to spend the remainder of the day in the bar to get more money out of you. Hotel did agree to store bags but they kept these in the table area of the bar and not in a secure location which meant they could have been stolen, and were left regularly unattended. Asked for helping booking a taxi and both TUI rep and Hotel were not helpful at all, ended up having to get a friend to help. Probably won’t use again. I have used TUI in the past with no issue, but very disappointed this time round. Two stars given due to the great service by the airline staff and the coach transfers. The city itself was great and enjoyed the holiday away from the hotel, which ended up just being a place to sleep.

Passport was up for renewal, and the process was fairly straight forward. All paperwork submitted and told my new passport would be sent with a courier. I work full time so I arranged a delivery on a Saturday. Didn't arrive then got told the courier would deliver on Monday, I was at work so assumed would be left with a neighbour. Called customer services who apologised and said they would reschedule for the following Saturday. Again I waited, but not delivered. Called customer services who told me they will only deliver Mon to Fri with no means of narrowing window (meaning needed to take a whole day off work). All in all took me a whole day off work and 6 weeks to deliver my passport. Customer services was pathetic

Can always rely on these guys to deliver in a timely manner.

Hadda get rid of my old phone, as it was accumalating dust and becoming out of date. Envirofone offered me £50 for it, and sent me a freepost address label. Sent the phone off friday evening got money in my bank account by Tuesday. Phone had wear and tear ie minor scratches on screen, and didnt have a box! Envirofone were great!
