The coffee table (made to our specific sizes) and side table are just stunning. Excellent quality and such stylish design. So so happy with our purchases. Nice aircraft. Lovely crew. Poor management. Passenger left passport on hold. Delayed over an hour while they got luggage/passport out of hold. Should not have been allowed to fly and hold up hundreds. Dreadful experience in Dalaman -late arrivals no border staff.

I had a need to contact ii recently as I tried to track down old contract notes and statements. I cannot express more strongly how they dealt with my request. They were so so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Ryan took all my details and despite having to track back years of information rang me back within 24 hours with everything I need. He offered to post it out. So do impressed with the customer service. Whilst I am not an active investor at the moment I would without hesitation use ii in the future and cannot recommend highly enough.
