I think the bag is a great design and I can appreciate the engineering elements that have gone into it. I do think I overestimated how much I could get in based on your advertisement. Eg I could not fit a pair of shoes in without breaching the 20cm depth requirement from Ryanair. Satisfied with the product, probably worth a little less than £140 right enough

Easy to book, and I was kept well informed regarding the order. Pleased that delivery was quick (2 weeks appx)
Really liked the bag - it has several compartments so you can pack to suit you,and it holds much more than I thought it would. Perfect for European City Breaks on Budget Airlines.

For Genna in customer service I give 10 stars but for the bag itself I am struggling to give it 1 star.

This was bought for a short break but because it came from USA took so much longer so missed my departure date. It was delivered however when I got back and never have I been so disappointed with a product as this.

All this rubbish about getting 4 to 5 days clothes in it is simply untrue. Various videos on line - either from Vaultbag or those advertising it show that a complete pile of clothes, books, shoes, toilet bags, belts and a laptop for 5 days can all be packed into this bag - sorry it does not happen. 2 of us have tried it and also asked our neighbour to try as well. He came up with the same conclusion - that being that it wont take what we need. So what exactly were we trying to pack for 1 person?
All summer clothes so thinner.....
3 T shirts
3 pairs of shorts
3 pairs of socks
3 changes of underclothes
1 belt
1 pair of trainers which would not fit
Small toiletries outside of the provided bag
That was it.
Even if the clothes were flat or rolled there was absolutely no way, even leaving the pump running for 3 minutes to suck the air out, that we could get more than the stated clothes in it and also we could not zip up the bag with the trainers added. There were no written instructions provided with the bag and no tips on how to pack it for maximum capacity.

I was not taking a laptop and could have put the toiletries there BUT the point is the video clearly shows a whole load of things going into the bag, air sucked out and then a load more being added.

Maybe I was sent a different bag than what we ordered and despite opening all compartments to allow us that space it was never going to give me anything but what I have stated in the vacuum section (less the trainers and toiletries).

I have returned this for a full refund as for me it did not work and even my neighbour who is cabin crew agreed that the clothes were never going to go in as stated.....an issue he has been advised of before.

For Vaultbag - please read.....
Slow down the videos that are produced for this bag and add a speaking voice to show exactly what is going in - and how.

Provide clear instructions with the video - the video needs to be able to be paused.

Dont exaggerate what can actually fit in to the bag and be truthful that 5 days clothes plus shoes, belts, toiletries really do not fit no matter how they are tried.

You have stated that the item ships either from USA or UK. Maybe think about getting more UK supply so as the delivery can be quicker and provide a UK contact number in case of queries as has been the case.

According to the reviews, 71% have given this 5 star reviews but I really cannot see how when things just do not fit in to the bag.

looking forward to using my Vaultbag when I travel to La Rochelle.

Bag arrived within 2 weeks which was okay, however, the amount it compressess down is not that good at all, definately not what they suggest on the website! There are no instructions for setting the lock code from the standard 000. Bit heavier than expected to start so can imagine quite heavy when on your back.
The pump does not work properly and would just randomly switch off, took us almost 15 minutes to get it to work again. One of the clips on the side does not fasten properly. Not at all happy with this especially given all the hype about how good it was supposed to be. Then with my order, they gave me a free gift card for me to use with another purchase, only problem was is that the gift card had the expiry date as June 2025!!!!!
Have emailed my issues and requested a refund from them, will wait and see how long they take to respond now.....

Really hard to open the zip when it first arrived.
Quality of the bag is very good, I feel it is definitely built to last.

Tidy little bag. Very well made, lovely colour, I have blue one. Looking forward to taking it on many trips!

Ordered this for a recent trip i made to poland on a ryan air flight.

The bag is spot on. plenty of room for everything i needed to take with me. It fitted under the seat in front with no problems.

just to make people aware however, the bag is shipped from the USA which i couldn't find anything on the website stating it was shipped from the US (i might be wrong) so it will take slightly longer to arrive in the UK.

Great bag for short trips especially if you're flying on a budget airline.

I was quite enthusiastic when I placed my order for the vault bag. However, upon its arrival today, I am deeply disappointed. The packaging appeared as though it had been handled carelessly, with the postage bag significantly torn inside, and all other packaging materials also damaged. The contents, including the bag itself, were wet. The packaging was of poor quality, lacking any semblance of luxury, reminiscent of items from a Temu warehouse. The bag itself bore marks, likely from whatever caused the damage to the packaging. Upon opening the box containing the pump, I discovered it was filled with dust and what appeared to be human hairs. Given the price charged, I would expect a product with a more luxurious feel.

The bag itself is quite suitable for travel and appears decent, but due to the damage, I am not satisfied. I will need to locate the support details to contact your team. I was really excited when I placed my order for my vault bag . It finally arrived today and oh how I’m so disappointed . It looked like it had been wrapped by a child the postage bag had a massive rip inside of it and all all the other packaging had also been ripped , the inside was wet and so was the bag itself . The packaging was cheap and nasty , had no quality to it looked like it came straight from a Temu warehouse the bag itself was marked I’d assume from whatever cut all the packaging in the first place. I opened the box of the pump and this was full of dust and there were what appears to be human hairs in there . For the price you charge I’d expect something with a bit of a luxury feel to it

The bag itself actually looks quite decent and perfect for travelling but it’s damaged so I’m not happy . Will have to now find the support details to reach out .

Used today for the first flight. Walked straight on the plane without any challenges

Just travelled on Ryan air and easy jet. Bag easily fit under the seat on both airlines. Plenty of pockets for easy organisation. Comfy to carry around the airport. A great travel bag.

Only used to move house so far but managed to pack 5 + days of clothes and other items. Looking forward to checking out online how to pack more items during upcoming trip
