I wore the shoes for a couple of hours and the soles started coming off. After irritating AI generated customer service replies they refused to refund me because I had removed the tags. Ridiculous. Had to the claw money back through my bank. Avoid.

At Novelship, all items are carefully authenticated before shipment. As outlined in our post-sales policy, products must remain in their original, unworn condition with the Novelship Authentication Tag attached to be eligible for a return or refund. Once an item has been worn or the tag has been removed, we are unfortunately unable to verify its condition or process a return.

I went to the property at the time I was told they would deliver the mattress; I waited a long time so used the delivery tracker, only to find they had tried to deliver it a few hours before with out texting/calling me. I had to wait a further 5 hours before it arrived.
