I’m extremely happy with the customer service at Revolve. I purchased a pair of shoes that unfortunately didn’t meet the quality I expected. I reached out to customer service and they handled the situation so professionally, quickly, and kindly.

What I appreciated most was that they genuinely looked for a solution rather than trying to shift the issue back onto me, which you unfortunately sometimes experience with other companies. They were incredibly friendly, understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved properly.

I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Revolve!

Paid £281 for a dress that arrived screwed up in a small plastic bag.
Poor quality, ordered a small it looks like a tent yet the neck was the size of my ankle. Hook and eye fastening has been sewn in so tight I couldn’t do them up.
Overall very very disappointed.

Great selection of brands which are otherwise hard to find in Sweden, but the delivery times have unfortunately doubled or even tripled since they switched to DHL a couple of months ago. FedEx delivered on average within two days. Now the package travels to Leipzig, then Amsterdam, then back to Leipzig again before it finally gets forwarded to Sweden. Plus it gets stopped by customs in these countries a couple of times. Happened to me twice already. Very frustrating.

Also the return process has always been extremely long, around three to four weeks, which is unacceptable in 2026.

My only concern/complaint is that I purchased a $400 dress and it came in basically in like Amazon plastic bag. It wasn't hung, it was wrinkled. It wasn't in a box. Extremely poor presentation. The dress was $400 and they are going to ball it up and throw it in plastic bag? Amazon does a better job shipping and wrapping their clothing costing $15? Unacceptable

Their customer service is amazing. Their staff are always so patient and helpful. Any issues I’ve had have been sorted quickly.

I have rarely encountered a company as terrible as yours.

My package was NEVER delivered to me, yet your system falsely shows it as “delivered.” Despite this, you are refusing to issue a refund or send a replacement.

Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, you are sending me irrelevant excuses and attempting to avoid your responsibility. This is completely unacceptable.

I will not let this matter be dismissed or ignored. I expect you to take immediate responsibility, investigate what happened to my package, and either issue a full refund to my original payment method or provide an immediate replacement.

If this issue is not resolved properly, I will escalate the matter through the appropriate channels and share my experience on relevant review and consumer platforms.

I expect a serious and concrete response, not another generic excuse.

Exceptional customer service. Incredibly competitive prices and great product selection and inventory. Love!

STAY AWAY. In the middle of class action lawsuit for DECEPTIVE marketing practices and SCAMMING refunds and returns.

I got scammed. Stay away from this company, poor quality product, it’s impossible to get a refund, stuff is very rude, I’ve lost thousands doing business with this company.

Size chart on website is inaccurate. Out of three ordered dresses none fit. Returns are highly complicated (at least from Poland). It’s been two weeks since return and refund was not issued. Instead I received a letter saying they need additional 2 weeks to process return.

My money just got blocked there and from what I see there’s not much grounds to believe refund will ever happen.

I would not recommend this shop

Very disappointing experience.. I'm a first time user of this company. I pre ordered a top which was meant to reach me in a month's time for my summer holidays. The company never kept me informed of the status of the order. They said they despatched 3 weeks in and the order tracking was never updated. More than a month later after despatch the product still hasn't reached me. I contacted customer care and they said the parcel was "lost". They just handed it to some incompetent carrier with whom they couldn't check the status and therefore assume it to be lost. I asked for a full refund to which they wanted me to convert to a store credit instead. After this terrible experience I was not interested in dealing with this company ever. I do not recommend buying from them especially if you live in UK. I won't buy from them ever again.

I have shopped at revolve for years and I love them!!! They have a wonderful selection of items, their return policy is fantastic and super easy, and everything is generally 2 day shipping so you're not waiting around wondering what happened to your order.

REVOLVE is the best! Their shipping is fast, they price match, and their customer service is amazing!!!
I had a package delivered to my apartment, but the delivery service did not deliver correctly to the locker and the package was stolen. I called after 10 pm, immediately when I discovered this, and Jeff answered and he was so helpful and nice! He noted things on my account, and when I called back and talked to someone else, they correctly referenced the notes. They were both empathetic and made this right and it is much appreciated! I will continue to buy from them.

Delivery is 4 days after expected. Refused to do anything to help apart from have the parcel returned for a refund.

I ordered a dress from Revolve and it arrived really quickly. The quality was great and it fit me perfectly. It looks even better on than I expected. Very happy with my order!

Attention, la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous au regard du prix payé. Près de 360 € pour une robe entièrement en polyester, non doublée, avec des finitions qui ne justifient absolument pas un tel tarif.

J’avais pourtant communiqué mes mensurations au service client afin d’être conseillée sur la taille : mauvais conseil, la robe reçue est beaucoup trop grande.

Une remise de 20 % m’a été proposée pour la conserver. Les frais de retour étant à ma charge et ne souhaitant pas prendre le risque d’une perte de colis compte tenu de la distance, j’ai préféré accepter.

Cette première expérience sera aussi la dernière pour moi !

Scam company. They will not honor privacy requests saying that there is an "incorrect data point". They do not, however, indicate which information is incorrect, so I'm forced to guess.
I never signed up for revolve, and have never purchased anything. A company that will not delete your information upon request and lies about the incorrect data points and doesn't allow any recourse, should not be in business.
