The sensors are very unreliable and always malfunction for me. They were also not able to detect low glucose levels reliably. Also, the adhesive is very weak. Additionally, the technical support is unable to provide any help. They told me not to sleep on the arm that has the sensor. They can't explain to me what exactly is failing. I asked them numerous times how this can be fixed. Instead, they told me to use a different brand. Also, no refund was possible despite having a 1 year international warranty

I cannot find a prompt to change the App language from Thai into English . Any ideas ?

I have changed sensor few days ago.
App stopped working
Then auto renewal of the app
All info including sensor function lost.
Similar incidence approx a month ago with 3 days of sensor life unused.
This time I had my new sensor applied only few days ago.

I have an order way back march 2026, I have not received them yet.

This product is great it's works really well and the best part is it is so much cheaper than all the other brands and works just the same

Am very happy with my OTTAI Continous Glucose meter. Very easy to use and very accurate readings. Have been using it for over a year now.

After trying to buy Ottaii cgm’s for months i managed to buy a box of four sensors but im in UK & these not yet approved or sold here. My very first applied ottai cgm failed & the customer service were fantastic but refused to replace. My second ottai has ben very good with easy application, no pain, easy to use with great software that combines Ai use for good prompts on food, meals, meds, insulin, A/1c etc. i found compared to blood sugar tests the ottai was about 1digit lower but a recent app upgrade has vastly improved reading to .5% amazing.
The overpatch is a great design with nylon bump guard but i would like it to stick better to my skin as it tends to peel off. Also worth mention the buetooth signal from ottai cgm is very very good. Thanks Ottai.

I have been using ottai for a while and there still my favourite cgm

CGM not accurate need to cross check with finger prick to adjust the difference in your head but it changes too so constant monitoring from finger test

sensor has a very poor adhesion.Replacement process is trickery not so reliable until it arrives.A lot of alibis just as delaying tactics.Why you will not tell the truth to your customers that replacement is no longer available?

The adhesives gets easily removed. Most of the time the sensor does not reach 14 days and is detached easily

Convinient in terms of blood sugar monitoring and effective

I found Ottai CGM to be accurate when checked against prick & blood test for both sugar level and HbA1c. It is very easy to apply and has a responsive Customer Service. The only weakness is the first 24 hour reading after applied which are below what the levels should be because the body needs to adjust to the new sensor. To overcome this issue I apply the sensor 24 hour before termination of the existing one. Todate I have used the Ottai CGM for almost 3 months. The app is easy to navigate and has a lot of information.

I received my order wthin a week. That was fast!

Very please I am able to monitor my glucose levels 24/7, it has given me better control and my levels have reduced from 10.4 to 6.3 in less than 6 months. I found I have had one faulty device which failed to work which was disappointing because of the price of each unit. The Ap is great and easy to use.

I have come to depend on your product I was using another product and for every three I returned two. I haven’t returned one yet after many months.
