it is ok but not accurate the reading always less than actual blood sugar by 1 to 2 mmol so roughly can help to know your BS by adding 2 mmol so don't need to brick your finger for 2 weeks

If a zero star were available I’d give that. How many times has the low alarm woke me up and wouldn’t come up while I drank juice and ate honey packets… all to finally figure out today that when the reading said 64 and alarm blaring at 4 am, it was actually 117 ( finger stick) and after breakfast, ( 2 eggs, coffee w no sugar), it shot up to 182 and the finger stick said 134. This product has no doubt raised my A1C, bc I believed the numbers. I’ve woken up the old man living downstairs at 3 am bc I thought I was about to drop into a coma! Absolute garbage. Shouldn’t they be pulled off the market?
I ordered a replacement two months ago
I ordered a replacement two months ago. The same thing went wrong after replacement of a second one. I still have not received either replacement and when I contacted the customer service they were rude and I will never use thing again.......
I would have given 0 if I could
I would have given 0 if I could . I have lost 7 sensor within 2 to 4 days of using . Even that reading wasn’t right . When I complained to them they said that I need to send the used sensor back to them to check !!!. I don’t think NHS know about these problems with this product . They only have to look at these reviews to find out the problems !!!
Released onto the market too early
Regularly the readings variation with a finger prick test are large, such inaccuracy is dangerous. I have had at least 3 sensors that have been applied & never even produced a reading, just an error message followed by a message that the sensor has stopped working & to apply a new sensor. On numerous occasions tithe sensors stop working well short of the period that they are meant to last for, as well of several failing due to dropping off before the have completed their monitoring period. When I was transferred onto this system I was told that the sensors would be accepted by DVLA as an alternative to the finger prick test for driving purposes THIS IS NOT TRUE, DVLA still require that for medicated diabetics, a finger prick set up must be carried in the car when driving & a diabetic driver could face prosecution if found not to have one. All in all it is my opinion that this product has been released onto the market before adequate R&D has been completed & many problems found & fixed.
not bad

Truly dreadful
Truly dreadful . Continual misreading not even close to bloods. Continual breakdowns and error messages. Next time i see my consultant i will ask for an alternative system or just go back to finger pricks

Freestyle Libre 2 not accurate !!
Doctors prescribed this as I was using one from China this new Libre 2 used for a week notice the readings are not hundred percent correct because poking your blood 🩸 check in at yourself is half a difference in the result Libre 2 would be 6mmol on my normal unit would 12 mmol so the results that you are looking at is always gonna be 5/6 more . So it’s a waste of money these are not accurate results .
Absolutely hopeless.
Absolutely hopeless.
Lost count of the number of sensors I have had to return because they have failed.
Will only ever send one replacement even though the fault is theirs, and then theres the interrogation when you report a fault.
Doctor and pharmacist not interested.
Wouldnt use but no option...
These are a joke
These are a joke. They could make them more contoured or even include a domed cover to stop them being torn off on door frames. It would cost the company pennies to include a covering plaster, but hey they dont bother so they can sell more. They are inaccurate too. Stick with a finger pricker.

The theory of this idea than finger…
The theory of this idea than finger pricking with your blood glucose monitor is good that’s the only thing. But it’s just under two weeks that I’ve been using these new sensors in my arm of the Libre 2 plus freestyle to manage and control my diabetes type 2 . Don’t rely on these sensors. First one didn’t work it kept on saying rescan sensor wait 10 minutes several times. This was applied by a group session at my local hospital in Scotland 🏴 with a representative from the company that manufactures them . It ended up saying replace sensor. So the second one used and I accidentally broke it trying to follow the instructions to line it up and apply it to my arm . Third one was a bitter sweet success it got put on by a member of my own family it worked registered but like most criticisms by others here on Trust Pilot it keeps showing inaccurate reading as critically low . Finger pricking by my glucose monitor says normal range by 6.0+ mol . This is very dangerous being so inaccurate people filling themselves up with sugary sweets unnecessarily like Jelly Babies ( 5 in total ) . Always use your glucose finger pricking monitor. You would think that these companies would have rigorous quality control of these products before they left the production lines . If this is the way things are going I will be ditching the glucose sensors as soon as but I will give it a few months. The NHS is paying a small fortune for these sensors. Amazon is charging £53 a pop for these . The NHS is paying for 2 per month that’s over £100 for these per diabetic patient. I don’t see value for money. This doesn’t hold good for this product . Get it fixed manufacturer or you could see it being withdrawn by the NHS management. Pathetic so far .

The Libre sensor is very good and very useful. It saves years of my life. Faulty sensors are replaced immediately. Very very good. Thanks.
Libre 2 Plus…not conpatible with OS 26.6 Download
Ihave been using the Libre 2 Plus sensorfor long time now no problems ubtill now i downloaded the new os 26.6 download on my phone but the sensor would start stop andstart stop then sensor would not regester on my sensor i called LIBRE ON THE IPHONE and was told that the sensor was nor conpatible with the new 26.6 OS download have had no info from the company about the problem or if it will soon be sorted out you would think a company like this would have things in place to make customers are safe befour the download was released
Rubbish
Libre need you to agree to reams of terms and conditions every single time and to find out why you have to click on every single thing to find out why. I wont be using it again im going back to finger pricking.
Free trial/eligibility reasons not given!
I haven't even got as far as testing this product. You have to create an account to apply for the free trial, and this means you immediately get marketing emails. Within minutes I was turned down for the trial, with the suggestion I buy a device!!
Then I find I can't delete my account, so I have to email or call them. Definitely one to avoid! Especially after reading all the other comments on here!
The refusal email doesn't even give any indication why you have been turned down, it simply says
We’ve checked your request against our eligibility criteria, and we’re sorry to say we can’t offer you a free FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor.
Whilst this might be disappointing right now, you do have some options. Please note that, due to the number of requests we receive, our customer services advisors are unable to provide individuals with eligibility explanations.
Here’s what you can do next:
Purchase a new sensor

leute lasst die finger von den teilen, defekte sensoren am laufenden meter. aussetzer über mehrere stunden. falsche werte werden angezeigt. und dann verweigert sich der laden die defekten zu tauschen.

They keep falling off and doing errors I just put one on today and it fell off this sensor has gone down hill I am waiting until I go into dka because these sensors are useless
Complete Rubbish
Would leave a zero star review if possible. Switched to these a few months ago after 40 years of the finger pricking strips. Only one had lasted the full 2 weeks, all the others have failed within 5 days and have had to be replaced. Latest one didn’t even register. Switching back to the old style from now.
