I would like the lingo to have a signal warning as others do..my blood sugar drops alot during the night and a warning signal would be helpful

My experience was great. It help see how my glucose level can go up down with the food I eat. It is helping me to get control.

Everything was fine. The only thing that made me rate 3 stars is connectivity. during 14 days, almost half of the time it was disconnected. I was with the help desk for several minutes what they suggested is turning off the phone and turning it on or restart bluetooth etc. I used to restart my phone daily several times to get the reading and connectivity. No help or reimbursement from Lingo.

If you are going to put out a product that is real time glucose monitoring it need to be accurate. This product is an absolute failure.
It said I was at a 81 so I checked it with a real blood monitoring system. My actual was 106
That is totally unacceptable for any person with diabetes!! Don’t waste your time or money on this product.

The ease of placing the device to seeing results of what you are eating help in identifying what foods cause you to spike.

I am a type II diabetic (in my 60s) who wanted a tool to assist me in following my glucose levels very closely. I am trying to lower my A1C from 7.4 to 6.0 on minimum medication and food control. The Lingo sensor has made an incredible impact on understanding my glucose levels in the month I have been using Lingo. Thank you Lingo.

I loved being able to see my glucose in real time and how different foods affected me. I had an issue with one of my sensors that was resolved quickly and was sent a replacement.
I would love to see a beverage category instead of having to use the snack category for drinks like coffee and also the option to track how I am feeling throughout the day such as fatigued, energized, hungry, brain fog, clear headed, etc.
The app is great and is easy to use.

It is so enlightening seeing what different foods do to your glucose levels. I learned so much and could see what different things I tried - exercise, combining fiber, fats and protein with carbs, and just different amounts of food and timing of foods-how my blood sugar was affected by these things. There are mini lessons included in the App. I loved using Lingo.

The first Lingo lasted about 10 days. The second lingo lasted 72 hours. Needs more work before I could recommend purchasing. Website is nice. But, my two lingos only lasted a total of 13 days and advertised as 28 days

Update: I’ve been using lingo for 10 weeks now. I did have one sensor come off at day 11 of wearing it(I didn’t wear an overpatch just to see how that worked). Great news though! A quick chat with lingo online and a replacement sensor made it to me in 2 days. Now I can say their customer service is great too!

I have been using lingo for about six weeks now. It is fantastic. My initial plan was to use for a month and quit but it has been too helpful to quit. Totally surprised me on what affects my blood sugar and what doesn’t. It’s right on with my glucometer, although about 10 mins behind because the cgm monitors interstitial levels not blood levels like the glucometer. It helps me make great choices with my diet and the app gives good insights and advice. It stays put with proper prep of the skin(get all the oil off!! Soap and alcohol rub and dry people!) and I do wear an over patch. I swim, soak in the tub, sweat (a lot! ) and have even accidentally gotten sun tan oil on it and it stayed put. It will disconnect from the app if you go to far away from it or sleep on you arm it’s on but will connect back with refreshing the app. I’m not sure why there are any bad reviews unless people just don’t understand how this works and don’t properly prep their skin. Buy one now! I wish I had done this a long time ago! PS - shipping is super fast! I haven’t need customer service but it seems like they are around if you need them.

Customer service is great! My lingo helps me see how my body reacts to food and exercise. Sadly drug companies won’t pay for cgms until you’re on insulin. Lingo educates me so that hopefully I can avoid that in the future. Reasonably priced too!

Simple to use, device stayed attached with no issues- and I do a very sweaty hot yoga class four times a week. App was easy to understand- do wish it would “remember” meals so you didn’t have to re-enter from scratch.

Almost instant feedback is very helpful to maintain a healthy glucose diet

Device stays attached very well. It is abit confusing about some aspects of it. I still need to fact check actual readings.

I bought a sensor but they did a update and seems my phone not compatible it was last month working but customer support tried to help

I love Lingo. It really keeps me in check. I've learned what is good to eat and what isn't. It also reminds me to exercise and encourages me.

Overall it has been very instructive . However my last two sensors have failed after 4 to six days without a way to restart. They replaced the first on but it is irritating to have to deal with it.
