I placed an order for a t-shirt for my son almost three months ago. Send e-mails but no reaction. I don’t think the company still exists?

I haven't received my order, and it has been over 60 days since I placed it.

I have tried contacting several times, but I haven't received any response.

Very bad company take your hard earned money then dont send it, dont reply to countless emails that u send the company or mr beast directly, I brought a hoodie for my daughters 16th birthday that has come and gone for $139 on may 4th its not even been dispatched yet bad company bad customer service do not order im just guttered that my daughter knows and sadly shes willing to wait a year for the hoodie because she loves it so much shane on you mr beast

Total bad, we order in May a good from hallucina and till now, no response on my email. I want my money back, but nobody write me back. We buy no more on these website something.

Order #3483 placed on 14 May. Received an email 15 May saying the order is ready to be shipped. It never was. The UPS tracking number provided shows that a label was created but items never sent. Website says that orders are usually dispatched within 5 days.

Sent emails to Hallucina on 29 May asking about the status and when it will be expected. Then 7 June. Then 10 June (today.) No response ever received. No message back. Total silence. No other way of contacting them except by form or email. Customer service is non-existent. Catastrophic experience.

I wrote in my email today that if I do not receive a response by Friday, I will be pursuing this as a chargeback through the credit card company.

Hello, I would like to know when I will receive my order made on 17.05 , number 3488 ?!? In you site it is written 14 days for delivery , I wrote you several mails and by now nobody answer me! I would like to know the status asap othewise I will ask my bank for refund as the term for delivery already expired! Thank you

Good service and not that long shipping because I live in eu but I think it would be long if u lived outside of eu

I made my order den 20th of may and they still have not even shipped it. I have e-mailed them but have not got any answer.

This is a total Bullshit! I order for my sons Birthday on February 8th and today ist April 23rd - nothing arrived. Nobody answers to my Emails. This is Bullshit and MrSavage is a Rip Off - sorry this is absolut terrible! I payed for it but nothing arrived until today and nobody is responding to any Email. Don’t order from that shit company

What they do not tell you is the ridiculous fees you pay when the package shows up at your door. UPS driver explained that these are fees that the company avoids and passes on to the customer. I ended up paying nearly $100 for receiving a small package. Read the fine print before ordering from this company. Also understand that while there are replies to negative reviews online, they do not reply to emails from their customers.

Have not got my order and they do not respond when I try to contact them, two times through “contact us” on the website and two times on the e-mail.

I ordered three hoodies. The order did arive in a few days and everything look great, but when i opened it, there was only one. I contacted them immediately via email and after about three days got a response that said they are solving it. 4 weeks later, no update even though I contacted them again about it.

Fast shipping, the sweats I got are good quality, and fit perfectly. Nothing bad to say!

1. Order did not arrive.
2. They sent an email a month later saying they'd credit by account 10%. They did not.
3. They have no customer service line to speak with as they are a professional scam company that uses influencers to take money from kids.
4. Do NOT buy from Hallucina as it is NOT a real company.

I ordered the black eye zip start march and it’s been almost 2 months and my package haven’t arrived.
