Managed to put the wrong post code in for my address and thought I may end up losing my delivery.
Thankfully AoF and Bailley in particular were on top of the situation and I received my order the next day. Very happy with my order and even happier with the customer service. Will be buying from them again 100%.

Het leek allemaal heel goed, kreeg een bevestigingsmail, maar nooit iets ontvangen en geen reacties op de mail met de vraag waar mijn producten gebleven zijn en of het nog komt!
-week later: spullen zijn alsnog gekomen. Website ligt er nog steeds uit en ook geen reactie op mijn mail, maar de producten zijn er wel en van goede kwaliteit, dus gelukkig niet opgelicht

Really unique football team t-shirt which my son loves. Good quality t-shirt too. Have ordered 4 times and would highly recommend.

Ordered a size medium tshirt as a gift due to it being advertised as regular fit, however the tshirt received is described as ‘oversized’ so of course didn’t fit. I then re ordered a size small to which the label says ‘regular fit’. It’s the exact same tshirt but seems the sizing isn’t correctly advertised online and is quite misleading as ‘regular’ and ‘oversized’ are completely different to each other. Frustrating as it is then £4 to return the item for what I think is a website error.

Recieved the socks and they are really good quality.

Once slight issue, as I was sent a pair for two right feet (logo facing out).

But to their credit, the issues was resolved and a two left feet socks were sent out to me.

All the AOF items are top quality, and arrive swiftly. Customer service especially Bailley has always been a spot on with queries or the odd time something has needed to be resolved. The AOF team truly care about their customers and I’m looking forward to many more purchases with them.

However, after looking at all the negative review I would suggest looking for a new courier as Yodel couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery and that's hurting your reputation.

Ordered t-shirts in size XXL after referring to their size guide (which states pit to pit measurement of 24.6inch). Items arrived much much larger at 26inch. The company confirmed a manufacturing fault and agreed to refund but only on return of the goods. No compensation/discount code or money off offered despite my time wasted arranging return and inconvenience. Very disappointed.

I ordered a gift for my father from Art Of, but accidentally selected a size L instead of XL. I contacted customer service, and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

I ordered the item to Denmark, and all shipping information was clearly communicated throughout the process. Most importantly, my father was very happy with his new sweater.

I've now made several purchases from ArtOf, mostly presents and a few items for me :) Not the cheapest but good value, excellent quality and design. Customer service is polite and responsive.
