I placed an order for about $50 from Little Caesars. My delivery address was correct, but the driver decided to leave my order at a completely different house about 20 minutes away. I contacted DoorDash immediately, and they told me they would only refund $13.85 instead of the full order. The app says the refund was issued, but more than a month later I still have not received it. My case was closed without resolving the issue. This was a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better customer service. I will not be using DoorDash again
