Beloofd te verzenden binnen 2-5 werkdagen. Kocht op 31-12, track en trace zegt aangemeld 5-1. Nu op 22-1 eindelijk bezorgd. Het is dezelfde wallet als bij aliexpress. Alleen is deze €55 en Ali €11. Voor retourneren mag je als klant ook ff €9,99 voor verzendlabel betalen. Kortom oplichters.
Antwoord op reply: zegt nergens dat je €9,99 retour kosten moet betalen. Verhaal over shipment is exact wat dropshippers doen. Issue met Klarna nog niet opgelost.
Ook na hun antwoord blijf ik van mening dat het oplichters zijn

• If delivery is advertised as 2–5 working days but the parcel is only actually delivered weeks later, that is understandably frustrating.
• A tracking status such as “shipment announced” usually means the parcel has not yet been physically handed over to the carrier.
• Return costs of €9.99 must be clearly communicated in advance; otherwise, this understandably feels unreasonable.
Regarding comparisons with other marketplaces: price differences can result from branding, logistics structure, service model, and warranty handling. That said, advertised delivery times and service standards must be met consistently.
