DO NOT USE THIS BANK I have been with nationwide for 3 years and have had no problems with them until now. I have received notification that my current and savings account are going to be closed due to a review. Now the terms and conditions to the account have not changed (told my nationwide employees) and I have not breached terms and conditions ( again told by two employees) yet my account is going to be closed with no reason given. I have complained and are waiting for the outcome however I now need to find another bank and switch all direct debits which is very inconvenient. Diabolical customer service too and took 3 days too eventually speak to someone 😡
