Too expensive on renewal of boiler cover - monthly cost doubled and no leeway on it

Perfect all round from easy booking to easy access even at 3am and very friendly staff. Bus always available to take you to the airport which is only a 5 minute journey. Upon arrival at the airport the bus was waiting to take us to the car park to retrieve our car. Brilliant service.

Beautiful jewellery with fast postage which means a lot when waiting for a treasured memory of a loved one. Very well made with great instructions on how to keep jewellery in good condition.

Delivery was very late and one item was an unwanted replacement ent as the original item was out of stock. Very delayed response from them and a refusal to allow me to return the items even when one was faulty. Offered 10% refund which was diabolical and eventually sent me a return intro which was going to cost me over £15 to return. Avoid at all cost as items were also dreadful quality,

Excellent customer service and easy process to sell my phone. Applied online one day and box came the following day to post my phone off and with instructions how to restore phone to factory settings. Posted phone and money arrived in my account 5 days later.

Easy to book online and very competitive price compared to other company’s. Driver was waiting for us on arrival in Lanzarote, very friendly who helped with our cases and chatted about the resort on our way to the hotel. Upon departure driver arrived bang on time and took us to the airport swiftly. Definitely recommend this company and will use again.

Not a reliable company. Refused to come out until gas network had been and found the cause of the leak. After leak was diagnosed I logged a fault and was told to pay excess before anything would happen. I paid excess and was then told an engineer would be in touch straight away as the gas had been capped off by gas network for safety so I was left with no gas resulting in no heating or hot water. Rang numerous times to ask for updates but was fobbed off on all occasions. Going to cancel this policy with them as their service is diabolical !!! Do not touch with a barge pole

DO NOT USE THIS BANK I have been with nationwide for 3 years and have had no problems with them until now. I have received notification that my current and savings account are going to be closed due to a review. Now the terms and conditions to the account have not changed (told my nationwide employees) and I have not breached terms and conditions ( again told by two employees) yet my account is going to be closed with no reason given. I have complained and are waiting for the outcome however I now need to find another bank and switch all direct debits which is very inconvenient. Diabolical customer service too and took 3 days too eventually speak to someone 😡

She always strives to get you the best price. We are currently looking for a family holiday with my grandson in July and Sam is helping with this too and can’t wait to book this holiday with her as well.

Absolutely avoid this company as they promise quick delivery and after waiting a month and 3 phone calls from me and them promising memo to department to send the order I eventually cancelled as I didn’t want to risk not receiving the order before Xmas and these were gifts for my father. Ridiculous customer service and unhelpful advisers.
