ZE zijn niet te vertrouwen, je kunt je account balance meteen opnemen zeggen ze, ik maak van 1100 dollar dat ze mij initieel als nieuwe klant hebben gegeven, flinke bedrag over 800k, toen ik mijn geld wou opnemen, moest ik eerst 100 dollar deposit doen, en dan was het mogelijk, toen ging het weer mis, ze vroegen opnieuw 200 dollar toe te voegen, toen besefte ik dat ze echt fraudeurs zijn!!! We’d like to clarify an important point, as there appears to be a misunderstanding about Transak’s role. Transak is a payment and conversion provider, not a wallet service or a bank. Our role is limited to facilitating the conversion of fiat to crypto (and vice versa) and transferring the funds to the wallet address provided by the user.
We do not:
Provide or control crypto wallets
Contact users to place orders or make investments
Advise users on investments or returns
The order is created by the user after completing KYC, similar to other regulated payment platforms (e.g., Apple Pay or card payments). Once an order is placed, we process it strictly based on the user’s instructions and send the crypto to the wallet address entered during checkout. After completion, we also share a confirmation email along with the transaction hash as proof of execution.
In cases of fraud, there are multiple checkpoints designed to prevent such incidents:
The user, who must remain cautious of unrealistic returns, third-party guidance, or requests for additional funds.
The wallet provider, which can flag or block suspicious wallet addresses.
The bank, which can stop or flag unauthorized or suspicious transactions.
Transak does not have visibility into external communications, third-party scams, or how a wallet address was obtained. We simply execute the transaction as instructed.
We strongly recommend reporting such incidents to your bank and local authorities to initiate a chargeback or investigation. Our support team will fully cooperate and provide all relevant transaction details available on our end.
Please be assured that Transak is not involved in scams or fraudulent activities, and we urge all users to remain vigilant when dealing with crypto-related investments, especially when third parties promise quick or guaranteed returns.
