Fraudulent company selling broken kids bikes that have been returned by other customers. We received our broken bike by delayed delivery provided by Evri. It arrived at the wrong time and was left with a very damaged box and the wrong way up on our doorstep.

The bike was for our son who was very much looking foward tomorrow receiving it so we put it together as soon as we could and noticed that it was completely damaged with broken metal parts. Judging by the different types of tape on the box and the worn out box, it is obvious that it was returned from another customer, likely broken, and resold to us. After hours and hours waiting on chat (as they don’t offer a phone number) they merely said to return it and they will ‘inspect’ it. No mention of a refund, no apologies, nothing, they just cut off the conversation. So we’re now left out of pocket with a broken bike and judging by how dodgy this company is, we don’t know what will happen next. Avoid at all cost: what they are doing is illegal and completely unsafe. You cannot ship broken items, especially children’s bikes, and not take it seriously. It’s disgusting and likely against the law.

Visted the York store yesterday, either the intention of buying football boots and trainers for my son - we found two styles of football boots for him to try, looked at nearby stacked boxes for his size could not find so attempted to get the attention of staff members for assistance, this was not easy all too busy doing nothing standing around avoiding eye contact. Eventually I managed to ask two of them for the size required. The male just kept telling me people never put them back in the right place and gave up looking, female took boot from me and walked away . . . I had to ask her colleague if she was coming back. She appeared again saying no didn’t have it. Very unhelpful. . . Eventually managed to find a pair ourselves by then and gave up looking for trainers.

Went to the store in Bentley Bridge and the couldn’t give a dam attitude was terrible, couldn’t be bothered and as it was half to closing they couldn’t get us out the door quickly enough.
So decided to try MerryHill and the difference was amazing. They were in the last 20 minutes before closing but sorted out what we needed and all the shop staff were very helpful.

Absolute hell in a handbag. I placed an order on their useless website. They charged me three times and placed three separate orders for the same thing. The last one didn't have some of the items in stock they placed it so many times. I immediately contacted them to cancel the second two orders. Only A.I available on the chat no humans. The A.I has the intelligence of sperm before it's even found the egg. And lo and behold today I log in and see my original order is pending. But the third one with missing items has been shipped. NEVER EVER EVER USE This company. There is ALWAYS an issue shopping online with them and the staff in store can't help and there's no one on line or on the phone to help. So just don't bother. Sports direct if you see this. I am not accepting SD50002002237989 so tell the driver to turn back

Waited more than twenty minutes in store for someone to check on a pair of shoes. Two members of staff suggested they would help but nothing happened. Because of the size of the store you are helpless as if you leave to try and find someone else you might miss the original person you asked coming back even though you know they probably aren’t going to! So then I end up paying for delivery online just because I can’t get any service in store.

Charged €80 euro for product and on arrival the product was stamped with a £55 price tag. The equivalent € price should have been closed to €66. A clear gouge of €14. Spivs….Decathlon down the road offer better value and will be my first choice in future. I would recommend Decathlon any day over these gangsters.

Bought a kids Liverpool top the font was incorrect. Never had the premier league logo on letters and numbers of players. To make matters worse the words & numbers were over heated making a bubble effect so brought to Liverpool fc shop who stated the fonts are incorrect for the Liverpool fc. He showed me there’s he stated besides been on to long the press has burnt the letters & numbers and discoloured from red to pink. So goes into shop who stated frasers is not sports direct weird I said because they own sports direct wouldn’t refund have to pay to return. So besides having a faulty product I have to pay for return

What great customer service I received in Hull city centre Sports Direct. Went for specific training shoe but to my disappointment they had every size of shoe out apart from mine. A female assistant appeared from nowhere and asked if I needed any help, I explained no because my size wasn’t on the shelf, but in a flash she said she’d check the stock and came back with the size I needed. As it happened these were half a size too big, but this was no problem and she checked the shelves for the size I needed. Then asked if I needed anything else, I had been looking for a specific brand of sport sock but explained I couldn’t find the, but again no problem, she took me straight over to the stand across the first floor and left me to choose the socks I wanted. If only every shop had assistants that efficient and helpful. Thank you!

Missing item from delivery customer service no help whatsoever after chatting with a bot for ages no refund given for something I payed for and never received totally useless avoid this company

Absolute joke of a company, if you want to get a refund for a return, forget it... they will not refund you. Even though I used there online return form and paid £4.99 to return the items!

Disgusting for the Frazer discount they want all your private income not a chance that's my business, I was paying cash and would have liked the 10% discount you get , I think they should change this if you are paying cash why on earth would you or they want your personal finances tut tut

Made an online order and paid extra for quick delivery. This was over 3 weeks ago. They have my money but I still Don't have my goods. Tried contacting them but nobody cares enough to sort it out for me. Shocking service.

Had a fall, had sprained ankle and broken toe, needed supported trainers, take size 5 nothing in women’s I could get my feet into, on way out, spoke to phoebe in Children’s dept, who was extremely helpful and understanding, chose 2 pairs for me which were so comfortable and fitted well, also bought swimming shoes for my hydro therapy at AQ, thank you Phoebe

Totally ripped off over 2 pairs of trousers 2 pair for £17.50 charged £22.00 so went back to the shelf to check price and then retured to the till just after purshase to asked for a refund never left the store. Jumped up assistanced said no refund as its store policy to keep money and fob customers off. Informed trading Stands they are looking in to it. PLEASE BE AWARE OF STORES HULL, BRIDLINGTON AND SCARBOROUGH as this company is a total rip off

Can into the store at Manchester Fort to buy trainers for my wife and I, couldn't see the trainers I wanted in my size or my wife's, one of the staff members (Adrian) came over to help, he was so polite and understood our needs, he found my size 13s, also went upstairs and brought two pairs down for my wife to look at, we left the store with both pairs, he was so professional and courteous, he's definitely a member of staff too be proud off.

Ordered 3 Under Armour T shirts for my soninlaws birthday paid delivery all the same size 1 is massive so messaged to see if I could exchange 2 days ago still waiting for reply when looking at the website apparently you have to pay to return items even for exchange This is a rip off over £10 in total for delivery and return Never buying from them again and 20.00pm 2 days later still no response

Wasted trip as a very poor selection of sizes in store for adult football boots. Staff member was completely uninterested & also walked away whilst being spoken too.
