refunded my purchase as i unwillingly resubscribed.

Accidentally bought the annual membership and contacted support and they answered within 2 days, gave me a regund and 10% off even tho it was my fault. Really appreciate it

Amazing customer service, no issues

Be very careful before subscribing.

The biggest issue is that they are not transparent about the subscription essentially automating to annually. I only wanted to pay for 1 month. I also signed up because of the advertised money-back guarantee, but after downloading any of their content, they only offered a 50% refund. I realized within the first hour that the content wasn't what I expected and requested a refund immediately, yet I still only received half of my money back.

As for the coaching itself, I found the videos to be low quality and fairly basic. In my opinion, they mostly cover concepts suitable for Challenger-level players rather than high-end competitive play. I ultimately earned Gladiator without using their guides, relying instead on a UI I built with friends and other free resources, which I found far more helpful.

Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. Between the subscription practices, the restrictive refund policy, and the quality of the content, I don't feel the service delivered what was advertised. I would not purchase from them again and cannot recommend it to others. DO NOT BUY

Ich war lange begeistert von den Inhalten und habe es auch allen meinen Freunden empfohlen. Dann habe ich aber, nach langer Nutzungspause ein Testabo gemacht für eine Woche und habe es vergessen. Ich habe weder vertragsbestätigung bekommen, noch eine Benachrichtigung, dass es sich verlängert hat, somit konnte ich mein Widerrufsrecht nichtwahrnehmen. Auf Anfrage beim Support wurde sich geweigert, mir das Geld zurück zu erstatten obwohl es nach deutschem Recht ihre Pflicht ist. Im großen und Ganzen halten sie sich also nicht an die gesetzliche Grundlage, was Verträge und Zahlungsverkehr angeht. Empfehle hier kein Abo abzuschließen. War sicherlich auch mein letztes Mal, was schade ist, weil die Inhalte schon hilfreich waren.

Very helpful videos that go plenty more in-depth than the free content that they also post on youtube. People always say that the information you need to climb exists for free online, and while that is true, the one-stop shop for the treasure trove of information and the way they organize it into specific courses by role makes it far beyond what you could ever hope to get for free. Also had a great experience with customer service -- I had a baby born 6 weeks after I started an annual subscription, not really thinking ahead to how much time I'd have to play league. I emailed SC asking to suspend my membership or guarantee offer and they just refunded me entirely and told me to come back when I can. So as soon as my kid is old enough to reliably self-soothe, I'm gonna re-up my membership and get climbing

Völlig veraltet und ihre Geld zurück Garantie ist nur gegeben, wenn man es 6 Monate aktiv nutzt und pro Woche mindestens 2 Videos anschaut, was bei der schlechten Auswahl an Videos unmöglich ist.

No ways to get a refund like said on the ads. Plus didn’t find nothing useful just bunch of videos you get for free on YouTube. I don’t see how it can help climbing

I made a payment mistake on my end, but the way it was handled speaks well of the company. The support team responded promptly, assessed the situation fairly, and issued a refund without unnecessary complications. A solid example of professional and effective customer support when it actually matters.

I mean the Costumerservice was good but 40h for like 100 or 200 rating is in my opinion not worth the money. Even in lower ratings.

Its just a scam for Midnight M+. I did purchase a yearly plan, still having previous expansions tutorials. I paid a week before Midnight launch, but no update since that. Now we are at 12.0.5.

I didn't use the service for a very long time, but it seemed like good content for what I can tell.

The services are amazing. I did run into a subscription issue tho. After I stopped using their services, I forgot to cancel my annual plan and accidantally got charged again the next year. Since it was my mistake, I didnt complain and I just canceled after. A year later I got charged again tho. I contacted the support and they promised to refund my money for the last payment. So in the end I should get my money back but the fact their subscription system is so bugged / they scam people who dont pay attention - thats an issue.
