An option for guides and discord only without coaching would be nice for times where I don't play a lot of lol

I like the atmosphere of the community, and everyone is respectful and helpful. But it feels weird to pay $40 just for access to a discord server. The lessons from the website seems generic for a paid service.

Coaching and Resources are great. Small problem with the website on my second monitor. I have my second monitor in portrait mode and a lot of Websites icons, descriptions and buttons become really Squished. Apart from this minor thing, Good Value for money, Dashboard is easy to navigate and everyone in the community are friendly and willing to help out.

Great resources and access to our coaching vods for easy recall. Great support.

Love you guys. Love watching your content, love how easy the discord is for access of information. Love the champ coaching vods. I'm still learning the objectives of my first session. The attitude and positive nature you bring to the game is civilizing the community. WTL youtube is GOAT. Love how active you guys are, I respect the business model big time. So many legends in your roster. My relationship to league is the healthiest its ever been.

Great team of coaches, a large collection of video resources covering almost every champion and other beginner to advanced game topics, a friendly and helpful community, and most importantly, THE BEST philosophy regarding improvement and cultivating a growth mindset.

To be fair, the coaching and content I received were positive. The mentors were knowledgeable and the guides were helpful. This is genuinely good material.

However, there is a serious problem with how they deliver the service. Their FAQ states that all coaching takes place exclusively in their private Discord server. On 30 August 2026, I was given a 24-hour Discord timeout for 'venting' in public channels. This caused me to miss a scheduled coaching session at 10:00 AEST—a service I had already paid for.

When I raised this formally under the ACL, they offered a conditional refund and permanently closed my account, stating 'matter resolved' and refusing further correspondence. They processed the refund anyway and added 'breaking rules' to the invoice.

The systemic issue: your coaching access depends on staying in good standing on a subjectively moderated server. They can suspend your access at any time for subjective reasons like 'venting'. This is likely an unfair contract term (ACL 23–24).

I have lodged a complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading and am raising awareness so other consumers can make informed decisions. As a registered Australian business, they should be following Australian Consumer Law. In my experience, they have not.

Thank you for your reply. However, you have not addressed the core legal issue: your paid coaching service is exclusively delivered via Discord, yet you reserve the right to suspend Discord access for subjective reasons like 'venting'. This caused me to miss a scheduled coaching session at 10:00 AEST on 30 August 2026—a service I had already paid for. Regardless of if I had a session scheduled that day or not, the monthly subscription service is a continual access to included content. You cannot restrict access for non-lawful reasons or "moderator discretion".

You also claim I was provided warnings before the timeout. I have no record of any formal warning—no Discord bot message, no DM from staff, no email. If I had received a clear, official warning that my behaviour would result in losing access to a paid service, I would have adjusted my behaviour accordingly. The lack of a documented warning supports my argument that the suspension was subjective and not the result of a clear, fair process.

A refund issued after the fact does not undo that breach. Your Terms also do not override Australian Consumer Law.

It appears you have not fully considered your legal obligations and the repercussions of running a business in Australia. Your Terms of Service and Discord rules do not override Australian laws or consumer rights.

I do thoroughly enjoy your content, the coaching and guides are genuinely good. However, you need a serious rework of your coaching subscription service delivery model to function as a legal Australian business. Consumer rights cannot be contracted out of, and your current system puts all subscribers at risk.

upport takes ages to respond to tickets, and honestly, this course isn’t that different from others out there like Skillcap — you can learn pretty much the same stuff for free on YouTube. Paying up to $40 for that is absurd. On top of that, with so many students enrolled, it’s hard for a coach to properly track your progress.

Saber your money I dont recommend this coaching you will not climb with them

Great coaching great videos wish I had time to put into league and try to climb but im quitting gotta my irl life together first. Get to watch multiple coaching sessions between multiple elos multiple times a week and get coaching on what u need to focus on. When I come back to lol I am definitely using yall.

Extremely great service. I hit diamond literally 2 weeks after my first coaching session. Lots of valuable resources in addition to coaching.

I like coaches. They are giving straight points what to focus on, still being expert and kind. Content is nice to watch, comunity make me feel like opposite to what is happening in soloq. I appreciate watching and listen to people how they are trying to keep moving forward.

I had a great experience with the WTL Boot Camps. I worked with two different coaches across three coaching blocks, and each session provided detailed, focused feedback that I could actually use after the boot camp ended.

What stood out most was how the coaches broke their feedback into clear, digestible areas of focus rather than overwhelming me with too many things at once. I left each block with specific, measurable, and actionable steps I could immediately apply to my games. That made the coaching feel practical and gave me a clear roadmap for improving my play rather than just pointing out mistakes.

Both coaches were highly engaged, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. They did a great job explaining not only what I should change, but why it mattered and how to work on it. They were also genuinely enjoyable to talk with, which made the sessions feel comfortable, productive, and collaborative.

Overall, the WTL Boot Camp experience gave me structured coaching, useful feedback, and concrete areas to work on between sessions. I would recommend it to players who want focused instruction and actionable guidance they can carry directly into their games.

yo amazing to me that u guys make money on som low elo coaching, like foje legit low master player telling me the wrong things about my gameplay in lanephase but when i counter him with my resoning it show the lvl of coaching u guys have thx for refund, but atleast them the buy u dont have apex players. u clearly has alot to work on insane u can make money of league being top %5 players. go get som coaching insted og letting low master player or gm on na servers coach when they clearly stuggle when a better player show undercover and make them look bad in there resoning
