Patrick was an amazing guide who helped us with all our special needs and requests with enthusiasm. We went on so many unique and cultural experiences. Just what we were looking for but exceeded expectations.

We loved our adventure - the small group, the variety of inns, the mixture of activities that included biking and museums, the guide's expertise, the hassle free traveling from place to place, the detailed pre-package with map and the responsive guidance that was available in preparing for the trip. It was great!

The holiday was amazing, we took the suggestions for the route and activities and it meant that we saw so much and most importantly enjoyed every minute! There were 9 people from the ages of 12 to 76 and everyone of us was catered for in our 10 day trip to Japan. Nothing went wrong from the accommodation to the trains. I can't sing the praises of Inside Japan tours high enough. The whole experience was fabulous. Thank you.

Everything worked as planned. A short trip to Tokyo and Kanazawa. A big relief, that everything went to plan, especially that Japan was so hot during our visit. The guides in Tokyo (Ikumi) and in Kanazawa (Mamoru) were excellent, knowledgeable and very kind. Ana from Inside Japan, was very helpful in planning our short stay.

The two guides assigned for the private tour is what made the differences. Both were tailor made to our interests which is what made them highly enjoyable.

Wow…Inside Japan made our trip easy, and having 24/7 help whilst travelling was fantastic. I will definitely use them again and I think a lot of companies could learn a lot about customer service from them.

Excellent customer service. They took care of all of the travel arrangements catered to our needs. As soon as we got to the first hotel, train tickets, Suica cards, and all the info we needed for our stay in Japan was waiting for us. The tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made our trip very enjoyable. I've already recommended Inside Japan Tours to several of my friends who are considering trips. I'm so glad that we chose Inside Japan Tours to help us with our trip.

From the booking process through the tour, inside Japan was first class. One if the strongest elements was Hanan, our guide. Her knowledge, storytelling, personality, and guiding skills are superb. The hotels and locations were great. We learned a lot and had tons of fun.

Wonderful tour guide. The itinerary was great. We had an adequate amount of time in Tokyo and each of the other places. I loved that we stayed in two different neighborhoods in Tokyo. Also- we ate at a variety of restaurants- really getting to eat many delicious meals. It was a well planned trip. Savannah , our guide, was outstanding and really went above and beyond to make it a sensational experience. .

Inside Japan tours is really good overall. They helped me crafted out my itinerary based on what I want including hotels, train transfer, guided tours, and all experience. I did mostly Tokyo with day trips to Kamakura, Kawagoe, Nikko and Lake Chuzenji. The guides are good, informative, and helpful with advice on things to do and where to eat.

InsideJapan Tours planned a trip I could never have done on my own. Based on minimal research, I specified our likes/dislikes/things to do/not to do, and they chose hotels, sights to see, and tour guides that exactly matched what we wanted. Without their travel expertise, I would never have known I could carve a coaster with a wood carver in Inami or do Japanese tie-dye in Arimatsu. They arranged private drivers, provided train and venue tickets, and gave written instructions that were easy to follow. There was also round the clock contact info if we needed help. Their planning and support made our 12-day trip much more relaxing and enjoyable than those I've planned myself. Highly recommend.

Inside Japan helped bring our dream trip to life. They organised all of the cultural activities and private tours we wanted to do. My mum is in her early eighties, so we needed to ensure all of the places we visited and activites we did were manageable for her. Chloe at Inside Japan helped with this. She offered great ideas and advice to help us get the most from our holiday. When we arrived at our first hotel there was a welcome kit waiting for us at check-in with all prepaid tickets for trains, internal planes and entertainment, as well as contact information for the local Inside Japan support team, who were always available to help, no matter what we needed. We had a fantastic time that far exceeded our expectations. Mum and I have already recommended the Inside Travel Group to our friends who are considering travelling to Japan.

We are planning a trip in 2027 and as it will be our 3rd time to Japan, we wanted to get out of the cities and into the out of the way areas.

Kahoru has taken in our needs as well as wants for the tour and has given us an itinerary that we never could have found by ourselves.

Kahoru has booked us a real Onset room in Iya valley. A place I had not heard of but am really looking forward to.

We wanted to visit Hiroshima and find out as much as we could about the impacts on the community and landscape from the bomb. Kahoru has booked a 6hr private guide with a local. WOW, not expected but really appreciated.

We are also visiting the scarecrow village and as there is not much public transport to this out of the way place Kahoru has organised a rental car & given us full details of what we need to do to have an international drivers licence.
