I’ve bought a lot from Reliked, mainly new beauty items like makeup and skincare. The discount can be really good, especially when there is extra discount on top of already reduced products. The delivery can take a while, so don’t expect next day delivery unless you want to pay for it.

The only issues I’ve had are when a couple of lipsticks came already used and also sizing with some shoes. Otherwise I’ve been happy with my purchases ☺️

Terrible experience. I don’t know what’s happened. They used to be very good. I bought a dress with holes in it and I applied for a refund and they just sent it back to me. I wouldn’t do business with them.

I've used Reliked for a few years now and I've never ever been disappointed with the products or customer service. I've bought quality products for very little money and I will always continue to use Reliked.

The Reiss trousers are fab but they arrived dirty and with visible marks inside and out. I've treated with a stain remover and a low temp wash and they're clean but not good to send out dirty clothes. Why someone and handed them over dirty and clearly smelling of perfume is poor.

One of the dresses was not described properly was described as a midi definitely not. I queried this with the original supplier and was road it had been made specifically for an occasion for this person. If Reliked had checked the measurements and other things they could have described it properly. All I ave been given is a gift card which is very difficult to use as they do not stock much in my size. Very disappointed

Loved the products but time it took package to arrive was disappointing. Never a problem when Evri delivered.

Don't take responsibility for the errors they make. Sell things without posting all the pictures just the front part. Then they don't reply to your email. Honest would be taking responsibility send a return label and then refund you but not them.not honest site.

Cancelled my order not for the first time days later due to selling the item on another platform after I purchased 💔

They sell something they wrongly put size they sell and don't put all the pictures of the product and when received they don't take responsibility. They should send a return label. Their postage is expensive compared to others. Never going to buy anything from them again.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience.

I purchased a dress which appeared to be in good condition, however the zip failed the first time I tried the dress on. I contacted the company immediately as I felt the item was not of satisfactory quality.

While the company offered a small goodwill contribution towards a repair, £10 they refused to provide a refund or accept responsibility for the faulty zip. As a customer, I do not believe it is reasonable to expect someone to pay for repairs to an item that became damaged upon trying it on. It will also cost more than £109 to get the zip fixed.

I do not feel that a fair resolution was offered.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before purchasing from this company. If an item develops a fault immediately after purchase, you may find yourself left out of pocket with little meaningful support or resolution.

Love Reliked. Brilliant choice of clothes at great prices. My go to for clothes shopping. I’ve recommended this website to all my friends and we all love it.

Great items for a fantastic price

Have placed a lot of orders with this company and spent a lot of money with them, a lot have been good, however, some have not. I bought Hair tongs advertised as “new and unused”, I hadn’t checked them and went to use them a couple of months later as I had an event and hadn’t needed to use them previously. Upon inspection the tongs had clearly been used, there were exterior marks to the tongs and the safety glove wasn’t in the box. I could have dealt with that, however, when I switched them on they wouldn’t heat up. Advise reliked of this and their response was it was out of the two week return window and their get out of jail free card is that they are a “reseller” so consumer legislation doesn’t apply to them even tho the goods are faulty. I won’t be letting this lie as the goods are faulty and there is no way in getting touch with the “Private seller” to dispute this. It’s horrible and illegal customer service. Please be aware of this apparent loophole.

Come as if it was brand new

I love Reliked❤️ Great Choices Great Brands. What I don't like is how long Postage takes! Sometimes over a week! Also, This has happened twice now.. After I have placed an order and paid for it. A couple of days later. I receive an email with a refund saying that the product I ordered after I paid... Became 'Out of Stock'. . Apart from all that.. I love Reliked ❤️
