Bryson Whitley is a fraud he is a scammer and won’t pay…me for my property I just keep getting the runaround and haven’t got paid for my house so watch out

I signed up for the Silver Referral Plan last year, with a guarantee of at least 20 leads throughout the year. Over that year, Realtor Uplift provided 4 leads, all unqualified and low quality. They now refuse to give a refund, saying they delivered their product because I got at least one lead. Based on my experience, all the positive reviews must be fake.

They are scam. Within the first few weeks, I raised concerns because the leads provided were not workable. Many did not respond, and others clearly stated they had no plans to buy or sell. I requested cancellation early based on this experience, but I was encouraged to continue with promises that results would improve.
After several months, I did not receive consistent or qualified leads, and the service did not match what was originally described. The virtual assistant support was also inconsistent, with missed hours, lack of follow-up, and poor communication.
Eventually, communication stopped completely. Calls, emails, and messages were not answered, and there was no ongoing support despite having an active agreement.
Based on my experience, I recommend doing thorough research and fully understanding all terms before signing up. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared to help others make an informed decision.

I signed up nearly a year ago based on promises of receiving 18 leads per year, along with scheduled appointments, live transfers, and a 15% referral fee. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised.

I only received two leads total—one was located in Florida while I am based in California, and the other was an appointment with a woman who appeared to have dementia and was unaware I was coming.

I made multiple attempts to contact the company to address these concerns through emails and phone messages, but never received a response. At this point, I’m also unable to log into their platform. TOTAL SCAM

They are a scam. Received crappy leads, and never the number of leads promised. Asked for a refund and they gave me so many excuses. So far I haven't received it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I signed up for Realtor Uplift in May of last year. After receiving no leads by August I tried getting in touch with someone. I went through email, called and left a Facebook message. It took a few days before someone responded on facebook. Spoke to someone on the phone a few days later and asked about a refund…I was past that point. I asked to speak to a manager. Explained I paid for a service that isn’t being provided so that would be a breach in their contract. The young lady spoke to a manager and called back a few hours later. The new arrangement was not I would receive 4 leads per month vs 2. September I received 4. October came and on the 31st I had to email them asking where October was. A few days later I received 4 which ended up not being viable leads. November came… again had to ask. Received a response I would receive when they came in then a few days later received 3…. December - I texted - no response. January - no response. February - no response. I have tried every avenue to try to get in touch with someone with no luck. I would advise anyone considering to stay clear.

My experience with this group is that they provide unqualified leads. Anyone can get leads of folks who "want" to purchase something but have zero funds, credit, etc. In my opinion, this company does not properly "qualify" the leads before sending them. In addition, they do not send the "guaranteed" number of leads either. Do not waste your time and money on this group.

Ronnie is always consistent and great help. Easy and a pleasure to work with. Connected me with a seller lead that lead to listing within the first week.

Leads were crap, I got no live transfers and the leads I did make contact with had no idea what I was talking about. I live in central Florida and consistently got leads that were 150k range. Nothing in this area is 150k. not even manufactured homes. Even after complaining multiple times, the quality of the leads did not get better.

ETA: you were sent that info. My name is Amber A. And I can assure you my review is valid. My name has changed. Do your research before responding with nonsense. You sent me another bogus lead on Thursday.

Courteous and acted promptly. Ronnie was very prompt with transferring me to my new client. The process was seamless and easy.

With all of my leads, I have been able to make contact with and even set an appointment with two of them this week. Ronnie did a live transfer today for one of those appointments, so thanks! I have used another lead source and it was extremely difficult to get responses so plan to keep using them.

Mr. Ronnie sent over a live lead an we had a successful conversation the ended with a listing appointment scheduled for this upcoming Saturday.

Mr. Ronnie gave me a live transfer, and I have scheduled to see home owner tomorrow. We will be listing the house as soon as possible.

Despite a language difference we worked it out.

Stay away. From my experience they did not hold their end of the bargain. I paid for leads and it’s been 60 days cold space. They keep saying they will provide leads but nothing has happened. Stay away.

I partnered with Realtor Uplift as a realtor, expecting quality leads. Instead, they vanished after taking my subscription fee. No leads, no communication, just empty promises.
