I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Ordered a small gift for my daughter's friend all ok when received. A random £9.95 came out several days later so I emailed to check nobody had ordered anything through my details having just had fraud dealt with! No response. A couple of weeks later I emailed again. The time frame is 5 days response that was 4 weeks ago and still nothing. Having investigated myself I see this is a subscription fee which I have now cancelled on my account. Disgusting that this is not clear and I certainly wouldn't have ordered had this been a clear message when ordering. Never using this shop again.

It’s a scam ! No cancelation of subscription Which I didn’t initiate then they will steal your money on your bank💩

I bought shower gel from this lot back in november 2025, unbelievable bargain price 😱 I now realise that was to suck you in on the £9.95 monthly membership fee which is cleverly hidden in the small print, scammers, I just noticed the charge today after scrutinising outgoings, that's £80 they've stolen from me, hopefully, I'll get it back, I've disputed the charge with my bank, see what happens next.

I'm afraid I fell for the £9.95 per month scam in the small print. I've been on this bs for about four years. I'm having a devil of a job trying to cancel subscription as the website seems to ignore. The bank can cancel via a dispute request (which I submitted), however I understand this only gives me 13 months of relief. Looking at some of these reviews, I and coming to the conclusion I will definitely have to change my card (number) and possibly my bank. What a faf !!

SCAMMERS! I bought aloe vera washing up liquid and had no idea that they signed me up for a subscription paying £9.95 per month! Glad I check my bank every day as I see from other reviews that others have been scammed for many many months. Cancelled my subscription and also cancelled my bank card so that they can't try it again. It is in VERY small writing tagged on to the end of the invoice that buying anything from their website automatically signs you up for a subscription. Shop is in Estonia.

I am so so angry right now! Please I beg do not buy from this company! This goes back to 2024 when I realised they had been taking £9.95 every month for 11 months by the time I realised. Again like many others I did not know I was inadvertently signed up to a subscription. I emailed them in December 2024 to cancel the subscription and after reading reviews on here someone had mentioned creating a login to plusshop and cancelling the membership on there which I did, then I put a block on payments with my bank ( which was only for 13 months). I Thought it was all resolved until February this year when again £9.95 had been taken out of my account, going out since February, they actually took 3 payments out in February, then monthly until June when I realised. I’ve emailed them to cancel again, I’ve sent a recorded letter to cancel, I’ve raised a dispute with my bank and reported them to trading standards. My bank can only charge back the last 4 months of payments but after this my only option is to change my bank card as I honestly don’t think they are going to stop. They do not respond to emails and there is no other way of contacting them. If you have had any dealings with this company keep an eye on your account as even if you cancel your subscription and put a block on the payments because they are not a direct debit the bank cannot permanently stop the payments

Köpte en produkt tecknade automatiks ett medlemskap, hittar inga bekräftelse för det. De debatterade även mer än vad medlemskapet ska kosta på hemsidan står det 139kr men de drog 189kr i en hel del månader tills jag märkte något. Varit i kontakt via email och telefon inget svar

When you make a purchase with this company they automatically sign you up to a £10 per month subscription fee. This is buried in the small print. Beware!!

I bought a spinning cycle from Pulsshop back in 2022, but it was a complete failure because the bike never made it to its destination and it was quite hard to receive a refund. After two years, the company began charging me a monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent because, I belie  my Banking Data  was still in their system. Although I haven't used their services since the bike issues, I have been receiving monthly DD payments for several months.I've contacted my bank, but only the merchant can cancel this. I've also contacted the merchant, but it's like hitting a brick wall; they will respond to you after a few weeks with a single statement that has nothing to do with my inquiry. I actually believe that my only option at this point will be to switch bank accounts because I have lost hundreds of euros and have no way to halt these payments. Go shopping somewhere else if you don't want to deal with these issues now or in a few years. There are lots other stores around!

Bought something from this company over a year ago and got sucked into paying their 'membership fee' of £9.99 per month. I cancelled membership and they still took money so I put a block on my debit card. A year later I find they have started trying to take money again. I have written to them 3 times with no response. Disgusting company stealing money from people. Please beware before anyone buys from them. I think companies like this should be red flagged so others don't get caught out.

They are debiting my card, without me even after multiple contact attempts, knowing what for.

If I could give no stars I would; the company has consistently refused to acknowledge or sometimes even answer emails not least when you attempt to cancel the annual membership.

I emailed them in December 2024 without any ackolwedgement; my fault that I did not check before now however.

I only realised the account was still active when I had a message last week from my bank saying they were attempting to take money and confirm that the payment was genuine or not. I said no and then called the bank explaiing the situation. They cancelled the payment.

I therefore emailed Plus Shop when the website wouid not allow me to access the 'my membership' portal. They kept telling me that all I had to do was use the portal so I sent the a screenshot showing that the portal was greyed out meaning I couldn't cancel.

I was then asked what email I was logging in with (why that would make a difference I cannot fathom) but gave them the email I had used with the requite email. Nothing until yesterday was heard when they AGAIN attempted to take payment of £9.95!!!

I spoke to my bank yesterday and they confirmed they would block any future attempts. I have emailed them again to say they were possibly commiting FRAUD because I had cancelled the account and they continued to try and get the payment from my account. I also reminded them that I had cancelled the account in December 2024.

Their reply? Not an apology; no explanation as to why they tried to deduct more money despite this whole situation. Their reply was to demand that I produce their acknowledgement of the email THEY sent me in December 2024 stating they accept my request to close the account...!!

I've just emailed them back to remind them that even though their coampany is registered outside the UK, they are still subject to UK law as their website email ends in a UK company.

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PURCHASES.

I ordered an item last month, at no point does it even mention on the website is a member subscription i only know now after doing research on here because they randomly took £9.95 out my bank. Will be disputing with bank because I didn't agree to a member subscription.

Just read all the reviews! Total scam! Never received my order, now ignoring my emails and taking £9.99 out my bank that I never authorised and knew nothing about! Don’t be scammed by this company as others have been!

Despite several emails to this company asking them why they have taken money out of my account without my authorisation and to refund asap with no reply, they have today taken another payment.
I have now raised a dispute with my bank for non receipt of goods and payments stolen from my account!
I dread to think how much money these scammers have taken from vulnerable peoples accounts

It is a scam please DO NOT FALL FOR IT when you buy a product they automatically add a membership to you shopping cart and take monthly £9.95 I bought neutrogena cleansing wipes which now cost me over £30!!! Emailed support requested refund NO RESPONSE called helpline no English and NO ANSWER!!! Absolute thieves

Detta företag vägrar avsluta ens medlemskap trots att de i sina villkor säger att det är möjligt att göra både via mejl och på nätet. Dessa alternativ funkar ej vilket är ett seriöst avtalsbrott från företagets sida.

Detta företag har tidigare blivit dömt för just detta och behövt betala ut 400.000 i skadestånd till sina kunder.

Sök på följande på google så hittar ni flera artiklar om detta: "plusshop 400 000 bedrägeri".

Till er som precis som jag redan blivit indragna i ett medlemskap rekommenderar jag följande:

1. Skicka ett skriftligt mejl till deras kundtjänst där ni tydligt avsäger ert medlemskap.

2. Kontakta därefter er bank och spärra framtida transaktioner från detta företag.

3. Gör en polisanmälan.

Awful customer service subscription service I wasn't aware of as its a small amount it only caught my attention when there was a payment removed from my account on a day I was not using my card. I was taken for 120 euro after a small purchase of 12 euro in January 2024. Have emailed customer service was told to cancel it through my account. It is telling me in Danish that the account is inactive. So still not quite sure so have emailed customer service again for confirmation of cancellation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM

BIG SCAM COMPANY!
Only charging for something you've never subscribed for. Just dealing with my bank cancelling my credit card and blocking their other payments.
AVOID this company. NEVER do anything with them, it is nightmare.
