Great for the children - they clearly have an enriching experience. Less great as parents - admin is chaotic, communication can be too, and we haven't always felt comfortable in staff interactions. SEN and development support is ostensibly there, but it doesn't necessarily happen, because staff don't have enough time to prioritise it.

my daughter went to woodlands from 9mth to 4years old, she has enjoyed going and will miss going! the staff are very friendly, patient and supportive.

i felt very safe leaving her and she has grown and learnt so much from attending Woodlands and has loved the last year especially forrest school.

Tippytoes provided a caring, safe environment for our little one. They provided a range of fun engaging activities to support her development. The staff are wonderful and really tuned into what the children need. I was pleased she attended here and it set her up well to move onto school.

Little Manor Partou has been an incredible place for our little one to grow and truly blossom. From the first day to the very last, you can get a real sense of the care, safeguarding and the effort that the team puts towards developing their young minds. I feel like the team always strives to go the extra mile, even when there is so much happening around. Special mention to Jane, the site manager, who provides a personal touch to every interaction by acknowledging the individuals (parents or child) and making sure that they are heard. The teams across Baby, Toddler and Pre-School room have all been remarkable. I would fully recommend people to use Little Manor for their little ones.

We will always be incredibly grateful to this nursery for becoming such an important part of our support network from the age of 1 until 4. As working parents, knowing that our little boy was safe, happy and genuinely loved while we were at work gave us an enormous sense of relief.

The nursery has always been incredibly flexible and accommodating, particularly when we needed extra days, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. From the nursery lead to the wonderful nursery chef, everyone knew our child personally and made him feel valued.

Despite being part of a wider chain, the nursery has always felt like a close-knit family. Our child was truly known, loved and cared for, and we felt that he belonged there.

A special mention must also go to the amazing Forest School, led by the wonderful Simon. The experiences, adventures and confidence it gave our child have been so special.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to grow, learn and thrive. We will miss everyone enormously and recommend the nursery wholeheartedly.

Our experience with the nursery has unfortunately been disappointing, particularly when it comes to administration and communication.
We experienced ongoing issues with incorrect billing over a number of years, which became frustrating to deal with. The invoice layout was also unclear and poorly presented, making it difficult to understand charges and identify errors.

There were also multiple changes in nursery management, which seemed to contribute to a lack of consistency. Communication from the nursery was often poor, and we frequently felt that information was not communicated clearly or in a timely manner.

One of the biggest disappointments was the inconsistency of updates through the nursery app. Regular updates about our son’s day were something we valued, but these were often lacking or inconsistent, which made it difficult to know how he had been throughout the day.

This feedback doesn't reflect the staff and key workers as these individuals have been great and you can tell their passion for their role.

We appreciate the recent investment in the outdoor space which has significantly upgraded this space.

One consideration i would encourage to review would be given the increase in temperatures over the summer to make this space more comfortable for staff and children is to invest in air-conditioning.

We honestly couldn’t recommend this nursery more. Our daughter has been there since the baby room, and the staff have played such a huge part in her growing into the confident, happy little girl she is today.
They have been absolutely pivotal in preparing her for school, not just academically but in building her confidence and independence and making sure she felt ready for such a big next step.
We’ve always felt that she has been genuinely known, cared for and loved by the team, which means everything as a parent. We’re so grateful for everything they have done for her over the years and couldn’t have asked for a better start for her. Thank you to all the amazing staff!

Honestly partou oxton house was absolutely amazing for my little boy from 9 months of age. The staff were amazing and he had the best time. He misses little school ( as he calls it) so much. Couldn't thank them enough

My daughter started going to Bambino from when she was 20 months.
The staffs made her transition into nursery smooth and she has always looked forward to going to nursery.
She will be starting school soon and she feels so confident and excited to start in this journey.
Bambino has been a big part to get her ready for school and I would absolutely recommend them for your kids.

"It takes a village to raise a child", Smileys Redditch have left footprints in our hearts. As a family we trusted them with our boys (now 7 and 4) and they have been the best aunties and uncle. When we started using the nursery it was a small privately owned nursery and watched it grow with Holly at the helm and Teri supporting. All the key workers for our boys did an amazing job updating us on their day activities and child focus week. How lucky we are to have something so hard to say goodbye to.

The nursery has great times available and places available and are flexible if you need child care. It works well for long hours and are open all year round. They have different age phase rooms to suit the needs of your child. Many of the staff alternate rooms so the child get used to lots of people. They have very healthy lunch choices made by a chef on site. They worked alongside me when my son was potty training which helped massively and he was potty trained within a week! They give messages of how they have eaten and got on that day too and always send a weekly update of what they have been learning and any key messages. They often have events for family members to take part and fundraisers too. It can be pricey but they are longer hours and a lots included.

It has been a wonderful journey and we are so glad that we chose Partou Woodlands Park Day Nursery and Pre-school for our daughter. The staffs are incredibly understanding and helpful where they have been extra supportive especially throughout the settling sessions. Can’t thank them enough.

Our son went to beech green nursery when he was 1yr old and left only now to start reception. I couldn't recommend beech green nursery enough. Our son was always happy to go to nursery and always happy and with new stories to tell at the end of the day. The staff is very kind and caring and we had never any issues for the time he spent there.

Amazing educators, loving and caring. I have seen my daughter grow from baby to now preschool at this place. She enjoyed every bit of it. The people here became part of her day. Through Partou Little Dragons Day Nursery we met lovely parents. It’s a great place for your little ones. They make sure babies and kids gets their attention specially when theyre not having a great day. They serve healthy food, great activities and entertainment for kids. Highly recommended

I highly recommend this nursery , my daughter had the best experience here and she is so sad to be leaving for big school .
The staff in all the rooms she was in were amazing , they were caring helpful supportive and went above and beyond . She was cared for and encourage to play , explore and learn.
The setting was always clean and kept to a high standard .

My son has attended a Partou Nursery since November 2024, and the difference it has made to his development has been incredible. He has grown into such a happy, confident, kind, and independent little boy, and so much of that is thanks to the amazing team.
Every member of staff has been caring, patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in his happiness. He has loved every single day at nursery, and knowing he was so happy gave us complete peace of mind.

My daughter attended one of the Partou’s nursery for four years, and I would like to start by saying that the ladies who work at the nursery were exceptional. They were caring, kind and supportive, and I always felt that they genuinely cared about the children and their wellbeing. I am very grateful to them for the care they gave my daughter over the years. They were genuinlely amazing and part of our lives.

Unfortunately, my experience and opinion of the wider nursery group is very different. I often felt that the organisation was more focused on the financial side of the business than on the children’s development and the needs of families. This was disappointing, especially when the staff working directly with the children were so dedicated and clearly passionate about what they do.

So, while I have a lot of appreciation and respect for the wonderful team at the nursery itself, I feel the wider organisation could place much more emphasis on children, their development and supporting families, rather than making financial considerations feel like the priority.

Partou playtime in shepperton have been absolutely amazing with both my children. My daughter has special needs and they gave her so much love, care and attention and nothing was ever too much trouble. They catered for her needs and went above and beyond. They even supplied special equipment for her to make sure she’s regulated and happy. My son also had the best time there, he always felt safe and happy when I arrived to collect. Would highly recommend this nursery to everyone. Thank you so much to all the lovely staff
