I've been with them through two moves and their service and products have always been immaculate. At first I had no light and sill space so I had to get succulents - years later, I still have them. Now I'm in a flat where I have window sills I've ventured into plants and I am going to do my best to keep them all alive!

They offer and advise on what you need for each room, including a bathroom without light (in an alley). They have the answer to every question and are hugely supportive and kind over email. Very few companies reach this level. They always view short-termism in customer service - get rid of you, offer nothing of interest, et al. Not Patch Plants.

They are clever and go the extra mile and that is how to retain long-term customers. They're very smart but their products are top-notch, it's not just great customer service. The stock is superb and the pots are stylish as well. Delivery is flawless, packaging, honestly everything. There are no flaws here.

Bought Kentia Palm for first time online from this company. Delivered a few days later. Well packed and in wonderful condition. Highly recommend

I ordered a Sansevieria. It arrived lopsided in extremely dry, hydrophobic soil with surprisingly few roots for the size of the plant. It also had a number of damaged leaves including leaves which had been cut off and sliced with a blade in the nursery. It had clearly been through a rough time before it reached me. I wouldn't expect a plant from a specialist retailer to arrive in that condition.

Paatch kindly agreed to send a replacement. The second plant was much worse. Upon unboxing the plant, soil and leaves fell out everywhere, at which point I discovered extensive leaf and root rot. The only option was to discard the plant.

Thankfully, Patch refunded me promptly after I contacted them, and I appreciate that they dealt with the issue without any fuss. My complaint isn't about the customer service—it's about the quality control. Plants with obvious health issues shouldn't be leaving the nursery in the first place. A refund is appreciated, but I'd much rather receive healthy plants.

Sadly, after receiving two poor-quality plants in succession, I won't be ordering from Patch again.

Hello I bought a large Musa plant from here which was wonky. The plant team looked at a photo of the plant they commented "From the photo, it looks like the stem has grown at an angle, which can sometimes happen during transport or as the plant grows towards the light" and offered me a 20% refund. I think they have missed the point which is I didnt set out to buy a wonky plant at a premium.

Update Patch Plants offered to replace the plant which they did but this one was delivered upside down with the top leaves broken. I’m grateful that they have now refunded my money but at the end of the day I’d rather have had a plant that was fit for purpose. Also I'm still left with a pot that I purchased separately from them with no plant in it. Back to the drawing board.

Easy to choose plant and select pot. Delivery prompt, plant and pot safely and well packaged. Healthy abundant plant received.

Easy to order, communication excellent, plants arrived in great condition, very pleased.
Unfortunately I can't say the same about the delivery service, plants were left in an unsafe area, on view to the main road and could have been lifted by anyone. There for 3hrs before I got home. Very lucky to get them as I stay on the top floor in a Tenement

I had the most amazing customer service from Larsen. Unfortunately, one of my pots had broken during transit. She quickly sorted a replacement pot for me. A few days later, I noticed that the other pot also had a crack in it, and I was due to give this as a gift in two days time. I contacted Larsen to explain. Within minutes she had ordered me a new pot and had it delivered the following day! Outstanding service! Her communication was excellent too.
