Our bike configuration is slightly different to the norm, however Andy guided us through instructions and options which has led to a positive outcome for us all. So delighted and Tilly our cockapoo has taken to the seat fantastically well unlike other options in the market.

Having tried to use a cycle trailer for over a year & listening to our dog whine in it every time, we decided to try something else.
We found Pooch my Ride online but were reluctant to order it without making sure our dog would be happy.
Andy kindly invited us over & the service we received was wonderful. He took the time to fit the seat onto my husband's bike & was very patient whilst he kept adjusting the saddle until my husband felt comfortable & safe.
Then Andy helped us try Simba in the seat. He seemed to love it. He sat proud, looking around him & not a sound.
We purchased one there & then. Andy removed the trial seat & fitted our new one.
We are now looking forward to more peaceful rides with our 11kg cockapoo.

We stopped off at Pooch My Ride in Southam, needing a specialised bike seat for our dog Teddy. We could not be happier that we did! It’s hard to find a brilliant company like this with such a great ethos and caring attitude.

Andy was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, enormously patient and kind helping us fit the seat to our bike so we could check it would work with our Kinesis electric bikes. Andy was lovely with Teddy while we coaxed him into sitting in it. He also gave my husband plenty of clear advice on refitting the seat once we reached our destination, which made all the difference when we got there.

Teddy is a fairly big medium sized dog at 14.3kg, and this is the only bike seat available which would comfortably take a dog of his size. We knew he would never settle in a towed bike trailer because he likes to be as close to us as possible so Pooch my ride is perfect! Now we have had time to use it properly, Teddy absolutely loves it 😊 he loves sitting and looking to see where we are going. We highly recommend Pooch My Ride to anyone looking to bring their dog along on their cycling adventures.

Quick response and a beautiful product, easy to install

It unfortunately was too big for my wife to ride comfortably but customer service was excellent and it fit great!

We decided to drive to pick the seat up as we had been disappointed by the size of other products not being suitable for our 12kg cockerpoo, and didn’t want to risk it not fitting him or the bike.

We were greeted by a lovely couple who went above and beyond fitting the seat to my bike and checking our dog was happy, even giving him a drink, treat and fuss.

Having taken him out on a couple of rides now, he absolutely loves it.

We can’t wait for more adventures 😊🐶

Not sure if our Cockapoo would like it and the first time we tried to put her in she struggled to not sit down. However, we persisted and she loved it. Not she is happy to be strapped in and enjoys the wind in her hair.

I ordered from United States and the shipping was incredibly fast. I was updated throughout the shipping procees and the poochmyride came in perfect condition.

Great service. I had an email straight after I ordered to check my bike for fit. The bike seat arrived in a few days. The quality is really good, solid and sturdy and easy to fit. We had to lower my seat to safely cycle with the new bike seat in place. Looking forward to many adventures with our cocker spaniel Maggie

The company had problems with the receipt of their parts from the manufacturer. I was kept informed of the status as it developed and was offered my money back. I waited and the dog seat arrived today by DHL who also were great in keeping me informed of delivery.
Fitted the seat this afternoon and took my Tibetan Terrier out for a test ride. He loves it - looking around with interest at everything.
I like the design with the two connections to the bike - one on the seat post and one on the crossbar. Well distributed load.
So I thoroughly recommend the company and the product.
