Nice shoes. Nothing bad to say about them. But it started with ordering the wrong size. Needed to make a return, but they sent me the wrong return label. The shoes was never returned and it was sent back to me. Was not able to make a direct exchange to a new size, so i ended up ordering another pair in a smaller size.

Trying to contact them regarding this problem, and asking them for help and to send me the correct return label. Not possible to call their number and they have not responded to my emails yet.

3/5 stars because of the companies` customer service and their routines regarding returns. For now, im still not able to return the shoes because of lack of information, and im still waiting for my refund. This whole process has taken approx. almost 3 weeks now.

Satisfied with the product, I had immediate communication with the company, but I couldn't get a tracking number for the shipment due to the shipping company.

Horrible. Los plazos de envío son igual de fiables que Perro Sánchez, osea 0. Luego hablas con ellos por teléfono todas las mañanas y cada día se inventan algo distinto, parecen los de la Sexta dando las noticias, no le cuentan la verdad ni al médico. Si vais a hacer un pedido no tengáis prisa, lo mismo os llega para el próximo eclipse. Suerte y paciencia.

I have tried to exchange a pair of shoes, I actually want to buy the more expensive Vega model. They first confirmed the exchange and said the local courier would soon reach out with shipping details. I hear nothing from them for a week and then I reach out to support to find out the model i want isn’t in stock and that it isn’t even possible to change to that model, even though willing to pay the price difference for a more expensive one. Now they haven’t provided a solution nor answered my following up emails on the next steps.

I ordered the vega shoes to wear for a wedding. The shoes themselves are a great product but the right shoe arrived with notable scratches all over the leather (maybe 15 small scratches). Obviously not ideal but I have no other choice due to the long delivery time but to keep them. I asked whether they had any suggestion for removing the scratches without damaging the product, or at a bare minimum if they'd wipe the postage fee but no response across multiple platforms.

Gestion lenta y mala en proceso de envio y reembolso . Tuve yo mismo que reclamar un pedido que no se me había enviado y ahora lo mismo para reclamar un reembolso. Llevar con un pedido a vueltas dura te casi un mes en los tiempos que estamos en la actualidad me parece muy poco respetable hacia los clientes ! Saludos.

Experiencia pésima. Calidad barata, precios altos y envíos que solo llegan tras múltiples quejas y meses después.
Realice un pedido en su web el 16 de mayo, indicaban que llegaba sobre 29 de junio porque fue comprado en preventa y tras varias quejas, me lo enviaron ayer y llego hoy 14 de julio (más de DOS MESES). Si no me llego a quejar no se si realmente me llegaría el paquete...el tallaje es super pequeño, no recomiendo esta marca.

Comprei um par de sapatos vieram com imensas marcas (arranhões) pelos dois pés. Controlo de qualidade é uma vergonha e pior é cobrarem 10€ para a devolução quando o erro é deles. A marca tem produtos interessantes mas a compra é arriscada derivado a este tipo de erros.

Je voulais acheter le modèle Ariete suede Hairy caramel, alors pour être sûre de la taille à commander j'ai envoyé un message sur le site de la marque; on m'a répondu rapidement de prendre mes mesures pour me guider, et plus rien depuis 4 jours...service client absent !
Comme le modèle me plaisait bien, je l'ai trouvé sur Asos plus cher (119,99€ livraison comprise contre 89 + 6€de livraison) mais avec la certitude de pouvoir renvoyer gratuitement si la taille ne convenait pas.
Expédition express (reçues aujourd'hui) et bonne nouvelle le modèle me va parfaitement bien (je fais un 37 pied étroit). Le cuir est suffisamment épais, c'est bien fini, la semelle caoutchouc est suffisamment épaisse pour que je ne sente pas les cailloux (j'ai le pied très cambré et très sensible au sol). Fabrication portugaise de qualité (comme pour Adieu, Zadig & Voltaire, Adige,...)
Le produit est vraiment bon et bien fabriqué mais la société n'est pas adaptée au commerce international en ligne et n'a pas suffisamment étoffé son équipe SAV
C'est vraiment dommage car les prix sur leur site sont moins élevés qu'ailleurs et ils pourraient en tirer parti, mais la kyrielle d'avis négatifs sur certains produits de mauvaise qualité fabriqués en Chine (baskets) et le SAV en dessous de tout les plombent considérablement.
Ils devraient faire le nécessaire s'ils veulent durer...

Ultimas dos productos adquiridos se han deteriorado rápido. Pero en general es buena marca.

Ordered a pair of shoes that never arrived. After my first email I received a quick reply saying they would contact GLS and sort it out. That was three weeks ago and I have not heard anything since. I have since tried reaching out again both by email and via WhatsApp, but neither has received any response.
At this point I have no shoes, no refund and no communication whatsoever. The initial response gave me some confidence, but being left in complete silence for three weeks after that is simply not good enough. Very disappointed and would not order here again.

In January 2024, I placed an order worth €150. The size wasn’t correct and, since they don’t offer exchanges, I requested a return and placed a new order with the correct size. The new one arrived within 3 days, but no one came to collect the original order.
For over a month, I exchanged numerous emails with Pompeii, who acknowledged responsibility and said they were making efforts to have the courier collect the package. Nearly two months later, and after a lot of insistence on my part, the collection was finally completed.
After more than two years without any update, in April 2026 I received an email stating that Pompeii had not received the returned package (possibly an issue with the courier...), and they now want to charge me more than €600.
Acting in good faith, I have been trying for over two weeks to contact Pompeii to clarify the situation, but no one answers my calls or replies to my emails. I only receive automated messages saying that I will be charged €693.06.
Very disappointing…

I returned shoes that were missized. Was told I’d get a refund of $148. Have yet to see the credit reflected. It has been 2-3 months.

Las tallas increíbles. XL y le vale a mi hija de 15 años. Total a devolver y 8€ de gastos entre ida y vuelta
