We bought a selection for our 10yr old daughter. They have been fantastic. Never failed/leaked which has helped her gain confidence, just when she needed it most. We have since ordered more and equally as happy . X

I really wanted to love Modibodi period undies, I have ordered a couple of times, and unfortunately they have not been great experiences, the undies have great absorption.
But the sizings between different absorption need is ridiculous, like one will fit great, but the next won’t, and they are quite expensive for a product with lacklustre quality, the elastic banding is sewed on the very edge of the body of the undies and tears happen so easily (like pulling up the undies easy) which then obviously causes issues with wearability, I don’t think I will be purchasing from them again.

I have ordered from them twice, and unfortunately, I’ve had issues with my order both times. On both occasions, my order was stuck on “preparing” and I had to contact them after a week of hearing nothing to find out what was happening.

The first time, they told me there had been an issue with their computer system and my order hadn’t been sent through properly. By the time they looked into it, the colour I had ordered had sold out, despite me having successfully placed the order, so they sent me a different colour instead.

The second time, exactly the same thing happened. My order was stuck on “preparing”, and again I had to contact them after a week. This time, rather than resolving the issue, they simply cancelled my order.

It’s such a shame because I really enjoyed the product I received the first time and would have happily continued ordering from them. However, having the same issue happen twice and having to chase them up both times has left me really disappointed with their service.

Online service was absolutely amazing from Evey, super quick response and I wasn’t left feeling ignored about my request; I’m a first time customer and really hoping to be Modibodi’s long time customer as I love to swim. Thanks so much for your help!

Just purchased a bikini bottom for holida and unfortunately leaking after 4 hours of fairly light flow… all over white towels. Not embarrassing at all

Really terrible experience with Modibodi. I ordered the seamless multipack because it was described as 360 degree comfort because of the seamlessness, only to find out it has seams along the leg holes that were extremely uncomfortable. So misleading description. I tried to contact them many times but they ignored my emails until
I had to prompt them on Instagram, and only then they’d respond. We setup a return and it’s been 17 days since they received my return and still haven’t processed it, nor are they responding to my emails. I’ve opened a case with my bank, who have refunded me my money. Do not buy from this brand. There’s non existent customer service and their products are misleading.

Fabulous period swimwear that ensures you feel confident and unrestricted in and around water. Great customer service too as they clearly and kindly communicated with me, resulting in the delivery issue being efficiently resolved. Highly recommend, thank you!

Love the quality of these products. It absorbs a lot and it’s super comfortable.

Unfortunately, they simply don't do what they're marketed to do.

I bought the Teen Hipster Boyshort Super for my 11yr old daughter as she started navigating her first periods. Her first two were extremely light, so the shorts had only been worn and washed 3–4 times with very little flow.

On her third period, really her first “proper” one, she wore them to bed. By morning, blood had seeped completely through the underwear, through the sheets and onto the mattress protector.

These are specifically marketed as a **Super absorbency, overnight solution for teens**. I completely understand that flow varies, but an 11yr old should reasonably be able to put on period underwear designed for overnight use and expect to sleep through the night without this happening.

Unfortunately, the product simply didn't do what it is marketed to do. Hugely disappointing, particularly for a product designed to give young girls confidence as they begin navigating their periods.

Do not deal with this company. My order was not delivered because the address on the parcel was incomplete, and there is no customer service telephone number available to resolve the problem.

I emailed Modibodi asking for assistance and received no reply or even an acknowledgement. Regardless of the delivery issue itself, I find it extremely poor customer service to simply ignore a customer who is trying to resolve a problem with an order they have paid for.

Very disappointing experience, and based on the complete lack of support, I would not recommend ordering from Modibodi.

My daughter is only 13 and periods are still erratic so when, on holiday, it arrived the day before a trip to a water park she was quite upset. We had two Modibodi bikini bottoms ready to go but she had never used them before so she was not convinced. .. 8 hours wet in a water park and one very happy and convinced girl.. no issues whatsoever. She changed half way through the day just in case. These products are changing girl’s lives.. thank you so much.

Avoid — avoid — avoid!!! They are fraudsters!

I received an opened pack of period underwear with no labels. I contacted them to ask why they had sent me what appeared to be used underwear, but they never replied.

I tried to return it, but they charged me £4 for delivery and the cost of the return, and then never processed the return! I’ve now been waiting for three months.

They are completely dishonest and should be reported!!!

Disgusting!!!! - they have sent used underwear!

I asked for the return via email within 5 days, as website doesn’t give you the option to return. No customer service, they do not reply and they don’t take calls.

Wasted £63 on a second hand used periodic underwear!!! 🤮

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. This is a hygiene product, yet one item arrived without any labels, tags or protective attachment, unlike the other identical item. It is very concerning and honestly quite disgusting to think it may have been previously opened or used.

I contacted the company several times to ask whether this was a returned/previously used item and to arrange an exchange. They replied to my first email but have since stopped responding, despite clearly receiving my messages.

I find the lack of transparency and customer care unacceptable. If this was a previously returned item, it should never have been sent out again without explanation, particularly as this is a hygiene product.

I have 6 pairs now (1 light, 4 medium, 1 heavy) and sail through my moon leakage free and happy! So thankful!

Customer service very helpful. My item arrived late therefore I was unable to use it for the holiday as intended. They very quickly offered me a full refund in line with their 60 day risk free trial. I was worried I wouldn’t get this based on other reviews so was very grateful for the level of customer service.

Product was delivered to incorrect address. Customer service said it was nothing to do with them! If I wanted to speak to somebody, I needed to email back again after the 10th August. Please be very wary if you’re going to buy anything from this company.

I have worn Modibodi for years, purchasing my first pair nearly 4 years ago, had these pairs for years and decided to get some new ones. The previous pairs I could wear for a whole day and a half on my heaviest day! Today with my new pair, wearing them from 6am they were leaking by 7pm on my medium heavy day! I can feel the bleeding coming through the stitching on the inside of my leg. In just a few years the quality of their product took a steep decline. Very sad to see a brand that was once my go-to drop in quality like this, but I will be looking for another more reliable and consistent brand now.

In all honesty, I’m yet to reach out to them, but seeing the other reviews on here I won’t hold my breath. I’d rather just take the hit and shop elsewhere.

J'ai suivi le conseil de plusieurs personnes sur Reddit pour cet achat et je ne le regrette pas. Ce sont les meilleurs culottes menstruelles pour les flux très abondants. J'ai eu un peu du mal à choisir ma taille car j'étais entre deux. J'ai commandé les deux tailles et la plus grande me convient mieux. Je conseille de prendre une taille au dessus pour plus de confort.
La commande est arrivé très vite et bien emballée.

I bought 2 pair off undies for my daughter. Both undies leaked and both had holes after their first wash in the pad, following washing instructions. Very dissapointing.
