Olyndra London Reviews 

I ordered a lovely looking pair of black leather shoes. I was fed up with Chinese companies and their inferior quality and their questionable charging tactics at the till.
I was sure Olyndra were a company with their business located in London.
I used the tracking tool once and noticed the journey mapped out was a very long journey. That is the last time I was able to use the tracker.
I sent them several emails all of which were returned to me. I developed concerns and I decided to have a root around to see if anyone had written a review about this company. There were lots of reviews and none of them made pretty reading. The company were described as scammers, sending inferior quality goods. Shoes sent in the wrong size. The list was endless. I wish I had checked the reviews first, but as I said I thought they were an English company.

A pair of shoes ordered 26th August. Still not delivered despite being told over a week ago that it "is out for delivery". No response to an email. I had to give it a one star because it appears there is no option for a no star.

Paid two amounts of £2.99 to get my parcel delivered within 24 hours and a fortnight later I am still waiting!!!!!!

I picked up a cardigan because I wanted something light enough for cooler evenings without feeling bulky. The material feels soft and it sits nicely over both dresses and trousers. I’ve already worn it several times and it has kept its shape well. Delivery was smooth and the parcel arrived neatly packed. Very pleased with my first order.

Sadly I didn't do my due diligence and check out this company before ordering. Have seen them advertise on Instagram for a couple of years and the coat was just what I was looking for. Took 15 days to arrive. When I tried it on it certainly wasn't the size I ordered and was far too small. Contacted them immediately and while the responses are always polite, it is the same rhetoric you get when you discover you were purchasing from a Chinese based company rather than a British based company.
1. Too expensive to return so you get offered 10% immediate refund and keep, in my case, the coat
2. 75% personal voucher to use on their website

I have learned my lesson and would CERTAINLY NOT purchasing anything from this company.

The name implies that it is based in the UK and if I had done my due diligence I would have known they were not and would NOT have purchased the coat

Hi,I bought from this company recently but unfortunately the sizing wasn't a good fit for me.This company doesn't seem to have a returns policy but I was offered a 75%off my next purchase.This suits me fine as there other items I'm interested in buying!they were very apologetic and efficient in offering me the 75% discount!

The shoes were excellent. Light and comfortable. Wide fitting as well. They not only feel great but look great as well. The only issue I had was NOT the fault of the Company - it was with the delivery courier - very poor service

These are terrible cheap imitations of shoes. The tongues were full of spelling mistakes childhod memories my stary. Cheap rubbish from China. Nothing to do with London!

The shoes I purchased were very good quality and smart.

Shoes are too small so can't wear them. Unable to return them to you because, despite several emails requesting it, no returns process was granted. I don't want to keep the shoes nor accept the credit note offer.
No way of contacting customer services about return although Claire replied telling me I had 14 days to return the shoes! Where to?

Was a bit dubious about these shoes after seeing some reviews, but, they are great!
They arrived quickly and the quality is good!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give 0 stars I would, and only wish I'd checked Trustpilot before buying from them! I am currently having to raise a dispute through my payment provider as this company has only offered me 10% cashback, or 75% off my next purchase, for a pair of shoes I bought from them, that are too small and of poor quality. I have had to email the company repeatedly to be told I have to return the goods, by tracked postage to China, violating my consumer rights. A dreadful company to deal with!

I came across the store while looking for a few lighter pieces for summer. The selection was easy to look through and I found a couple of styles that suited me. Shipping was quicker than I expected and everything arrived safely. I’d be happy to order again.

I bought some shoes and they arrived on time.
They are very good for the price paid.
Originally I placed the wrong colour and contacted the customer centre. They were very polite and efficient in answering my questions. They managed to change for the colour in timewith no problem.

Sorry to say the single mark is a single mark too many. This is a shocking company, happy to ignore consumer law. I ordered two pairs of shoes and paid extra for priority despatch and 2 x priority delivery. Order was placed on 6 August. On 20 August they were delivered, but only after I exercised my right to reject the order. The company’s offer a store credit of £2.65.
I look forward to seeing this company go bust. A dreadful company, and Claire, its supposed manager, equally bad. Simply avoid this company.

Ordered some goods with delivery stated as 2-5 days, 4 weeks later the good have still not been recieved. Do not order from them, they take your money and dont deliver!!!

The product is as advertised.
Things take longer to arrive

Although the shoes took longer to arrive than stated, I'm really pleased I ordered them. Got white and khaki, tried them on as soon as I got them,,
So comfy, look good, plenty of room for my bunions. Really looking forward to wearing them in London next week.

I had quite a good experience with Olyndra. I ordered a Northshield coat and regretted it almost immediately because of the reviews I read ( I know, I should have read them before ordering ). The coat did arrive after around 3 weeks and to be honest it was pretty good. I looked inside and the labels were from C&A which surprisingly still operates in Europe. It's waterproof, quilted and reasonably well made.
