Ordered from this company and loved the offers. It was all very attractively presented and keenly priced. Ordering was quick snd efficient and postage was free. Have a look at their sale . Highly recommended.

Awful ! Avoid at all costs! Takes weeks to come , quality appalling and looks nothing like advertised , communication poor then want me to return to America at my own cost ! Whilst pretending to be an English boutique from York!!! Scam artists. Do not purchase!! Am starting a case against them with my card company to get my money back!!!!

Shipping insurance is pre-selected at £4.99; you have to untick it if you don’t want it and, more importantly, if you notice it. Part of the transaction is the confirmation by JbB that the customer will enjoy express delivery. Not only was the delivery Very late, the communication regarding it was awful, way too long to respond. JbB offered me a 50% refund in return for a good review😳for them and on Trust Pilot…..very wrong and not acceptable, underhand! The customer has to pay for returns, they’re not based in York as their marketing suggests, products come from China. I will never use them again and will update anyone thinking of doing so to avoid!!!!!

Lovely website, lovely dresses at great prices….that’s where it ends. I placed an order for a dress to wear at my wedding. Not received it, haven’t a clue where it is, taken money for payment but no tracking number. I have sent umpteen emails all have been ignored. Wedding is in five days time so it looks like a shopping trip to get another outfit as I’m not going to get this one.

I was asked to leave a good review to get 50% off on a order. Thats interesting that it needs be a good review to get a discount! Not review based on honest experience.

Based on customer service so far, I rather have 50% refunded to my card on my existing order than place a new order to avail it.

I missed the 10% discount as first time customer, got a flat no when I asked to accommodate.

I have placed an order on 21st july for £139 and I dont have order confirmation email or the details of when I will receive the order! Given the value of orders, this would be a basic i would think?

Only communication you get is a sales communication, no real response to if my order is received or not. I dont even know if it will arrive! I have chased the customer service as well and left this same review when asked!

I am not keen on placing more orders unless I get the one i actually placed for. I rather get a 50% refund to my existing card given everything so far.

Do not purchase from this website. There address listed in website does not match the York one seeing as there is a completely different store there. You cannot return sale items and also have to pay up to £14 to return your unwanted items. I have received a refund for one item when they said they’d refund me for both orders. This has not happened I’m still waiting for one refund and they have ignored all my emails about this.
I’d recommend not ordering from here especially with the amount of negative reviews written.
Poor quality, poor customer service and overall poor company.

Still awaiting the return label they claim they provide on their website. Keep sending me forms. If I do not hear back from them im 24 hours I will be taking this to the law and letting them deal with it. I have ordered over £170+ worth of dresses and they are not getting back to me. Anyone actually get a refund from them?

Quality and fit of dress good value but delivery was a bit slow

Do not buy from them. Wrong item delivered. Contact just generates automated emails responses, but no solutions. Having email proof they have not fulfilled your order, raise a dispute for a refund with your payment provider.

The delay in receiving my item. I ordered the dress on 14 July & it’s 23 July now. Although I have received notification that it’s in transit.
