Unauthorised recurring charges linked to myiq.com and wwiqtest.com via Fienta. Immediate refund required.
I am being charged about 6,000 JPY every month through Fienta without my consent. This unauthorized recurring subscription started in February 2026 after I took tests on "myiq.com" and "wwiqtest.com". Fienta is being used as a platform for these hidden subscription scams. I have never used Fienta's services and demand an immediate cancellation of this subscription and a full refund for all unauthorized charges. I have already escalated this fraudulent activity to my bank and law enforcement.

However, Fienta does not offer recurring subscriptions or monthly billing for ticket buyers, and our platform does not support automatically charging a customer’s card on a recurring basis.
We could not identify the websites you mentioned as services using Fienta, so we would like to investigate your case further.
Please email us at hello@fienta.com with:
* the date and amount of the charge,
* the last four digits of the card used, and
* the exact payment description shown on your bank statement.
We will investigate the transaction with our payment providers. If someone is misusing Fienta’s name, we want to identify it and take appropriate action.
