I ordered 5 breastfeeding shirts, they arrived within a week. The quality is great, colour as advertised and the print quality great. Unfortunately they were too small. I emailed the team and within a day they helped me and send me the new sizes I needed. Their friendly and helpful team is really great and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Dabei löste sich aus irgendeinem Grund der ganze Druck. Mir wurde aber nach kurzem Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice inerhalb kürzesterzeit, ohne irgendwelche Zusatzkosten, ein Ersatzartikel zugeschickt mit dem ich nun Top zufrieden bin. Die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice war wirklich problemlos und unkompliziert. Kann giftifymama also wirklich weiterempfehlen.

So I recently purchased two shirts through the website, everything went smooth and my order was delivered pretty quickly, but unfortunately I inputted my address wrong and my order was delivered to my neighbor. When I went to confront them, they insisted that they did not receive it, even with proof of delivery. So in the end I decided to take the loss, but Giftify Mama was so understanding of my error that they offered to ship me the same order again, all I had to do was pay shipping. I was beyond grateful.

Great quality for the price, great customer service, creative and cute designs. Got a few nursing tops and wear them all the time, purchased a nursing dress to bring to the hospital, but baby cane a week early so I don’t use it, had no problem w customer service exchanging it. Wish they made the nursing tank in more colors, would totally buy more!

Material quality is good, what I bought is very useful for me when I'm out somewhere with my baby. Customer support is very nice and helpful. Delivery time to Hungary is not the best (around 3 weeks) but the products worth the wait.

Please avoid at all costs. Cheap Chinese products and awful customer service. My wife bought some clothes from them and their sizings were way out - way beyond the specified measurement range. The awful customer service refused to acknowledge this as a fault and told us we would have to pay for the return shipping costs from UK to China. They even acknowledged it would be very expensive and tried to bully us into keeping the clothes.

I would urge all potential customer to avoid these cheap quality and over priced products and shop from a proper store that offers an acceptable level of customer service.

I have ordered from Giftifymama more than once, and I have been very happy with both the quality of the clothes and the customer service.
Their nursing clothing is comfortable, practical, and makes breastfeeding easy while still looking nice.

This time I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer service, and they replied very quickly and were incredibly kind and helpful. Instead of asking me to return the items to the USA, they offered a very practical solution: I only had to pay the shipping cost for the replacement items, and I could keep the original ones. This saved me a lot of time, money, and hassle (i live in Denmark)

I really appreciate their friendly communication, fast responses, and willingness to find a customer-friendly solution. It's rare to experience such thoughtful service.

I bought a selection of t-shirts and jumpers from Giftifymama for my fiancée. Honestly, what else can I say other than they are fantastic? The quality is excellent, and my fiancée absolutely loves how discreet they are. It is an easy 10/10 from me, and I will definitely buy from them again.

Reading some of the negative reviews truly surprised me. I actually had an issue with my order, but after reaching out to customer service on their offical email, it was resolved professionally, efficiently, and with real empathy. While the international tracking from China isn't perfect, that is pretty standard with overseas shipping direct from China. Everyone's experience is different, but I am pleased to say mine was overwhelmingly positive.

Delivery within reason, the products are comfortable and the sizes were as expected. I bought two breastfeeding t-shirts in 100%cotton and a waffleknit jumper with zippers, they work just fine. Made breastfeeding easier!
T-shirts feel solid, yet they feel cool throughout the day, and you don't sweat too much wearing them on hot days.
