I ordered car parts from buycarparts.co.uk thinking it was in the UK, and now I have to return them to Germany! If I knew they were coming from Germany, I never would've bought them!

Delivered to address 250 miles away
After having prompt electronic communication to confirm parts I placed order for two parts.
After two weeks watching fedex tracking, the item has been delivered to a location over 250 miles near Liverpool while my address is on south coast.
Agent on chat offered full order refund which has not happened and no email to confirm what is happening next.
I understand parcels and errors occur, but resolution should be prompt when they agreed what the resolution is.

Ordered parts on what thought was UK…
Ordered parts on what thought was UK company on 23/08/2026 as needed part urgently - car booked in for repair on 28/08/2026. Now 01/09/2026 and still waiting part. Car booked in 02/09/2026 for repair but looking like another cancelled appointment. The customer service is poor - chat bot is terrible and waste of time - CANNOT get a cancel on order or refund until I refuse to accept order. Tracking number states with DPD but DPD state parcel not yet received. I’m very frustrated as need part and what was said as 24-48 hour dispatch on order confirmation is not the case. Buyer be aware! This is not a UK company as it states.

Item Hasn't Arrived.
Very disappointing experience. I placed my order on 17 July and it has now been almost two weeks, but I still haven't received my order or a proper resolution.
I have contacted customer support several times and tried to get an update almost every day, but I keep being told that the relevant team is working on the issue and that I will receive a resolution by email. However, after two weeks, I am still waiting with no clear update or solution.
If my parcel is missing, I simply want my full payment refunded. I have been extremely patient, but the lack of communication and the delay in resolving this issue is very frustrating.
I hope the company takes this matter seriously and provides a proper resolution as soon as possible.

I am trying to return a product. You say its easy but it is anything but easy. You only have given two options and neither of them work.
1) help centre (Oops! page not found)
2) Live Chat? Well it is NOT a Live chat... It is AI! Stupid question non of which you can EASILY find how to return a product. Oh, you do give us 14 days to 200 days! Most of that is spent trying to work out how to send an item back....

Thoroughly Unimpressed.
7 days after ordering 2 items in stock the courier is still waiting to receive them. I have cancelled the order, delivery will not be accepted even if consigned and I will now wait for a refund. A weeks wait for an Aerial and a set of wiper blades is unacceptable.

Do not purchase from this company it is…
Do not purchase from this company it is NOT despite the email address a uk company anything you purchase comes from either German or Polish warehouses it’s a front for AUTODOC it’s almost impossible to return an item and will cost you at least £9 when they finally decide to accept a return I contacted them to cancel the order was told I couldn’t cancel as it had been dispatched even though it was 3 days later that the courier received order and a further 5 days before I received it. I was then advised to reject delivery which I did after a lot of arguing with delivery driver who refused to accept my refusal he left but took it to a neighbour asking them to take it as he had received no answer at my door. It was another 6 days before I managed to get a return label and the return instructions

Order states delivered by DPD Couriers but even though at home, no courier delivered. There is no phone number or email address to ask what is happening, so believe now the website is a SCAM. Don't order from them as you will not get your order and lose your money.
