Beware buying jewellery from this company.
Products shipped from China. Delivered items do not match pictures on website. Items poor quality.
I emailed 3 times to try to return 3 items - zero response.
So seems no option to return and get a refund.
I spent £75 on 2 necklaces and 1 bracelet - properly worth £20 in total. I feel scammed.

Dress cheap polyester, bad cut, shapeless and I threw it in the bin. This company is a scammed and I can't understand why they are allowed to trade.

Do not buy from this company they are scammers, impossible to return

These are not seed pearls, the company are in China. It is cheap trash, do not buy from them. I’m now trying to return and get a refund…… wish me luck.

Massive scam! The website looks good quality but the dress was actually rubbish! Such poor quality and a totally different colour.
I have tried to contact them to process a return for three weeks now but have had nothing back from them at all. There website has changed and is now only selling jewellery. I am so annoyed and feel like a total idiot for ordering from them in the first place.
How can these people be allowed to trade as London based but actually have nothing to do with London at all?

This appears to be an unethical China based company that trade under different (though similar) names and whose goods are extremely poor quality and make returns extremely difficult. They then close and open a new website and start over again. I’ve found this after experiencing first hand and now trying to get my money back. Be diligent in your dealings.

Please do not buy from this company - front for shoddy China - dreadful quality necklace - they will not help now giving China address for return - will report them to online Fraud and paid by Barclay Card whom must stop the association....

Poor quality items size is probably 2 less than it should be, returns procedure is a con, eventually got a charge back from my credit card bunch of cowboys don't touch with a barge pole crap

Purchased a dress wouldnt use as a duster.
emailed them offered a replacement, I said No I would like a refund. To return was very complicated so they offered 50% refund STILL WAITING.
Now they have blocked emails. Apparently they have changed email which I haven't got.
So I think I will have to accept that I have lost £29.95

I won’t even donate it to charity. Return would cost $30 which is more than what I paid for item. Company totally obstructive when I asked for refund. Eventually they offered 30% of the value, said they had processed the money to my account. When it didn’t appear in my bank I tried to contact them again. Surprise surprise! My email was undeliverable to : their Support email address. Domain Name System does not exist.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!

I wish that I had read Trustpilot before ordering.
The shoes, that I ordered, were of poor quality and very small for the labelled size.
I was offered a free replacement, or return to the international warehouse at a cost of $30-50. Far more than the cost of the goods.
I will never use this company again and urge others to avoid too.

This company should not be allowed to trade and I am going to report them to Trading Standards. I think everyone unhappy with them should do so also. Let’s get them shut down, the more people the better.

Only one star because there is no zero option. Waited for this dress for over two weeks and it arrived whilst I was on the holiday I bought it for. The dress is nothing like the photo, material is absolutely disgusting as is the pattern and the cut. On reading the reviews on the return process I will not bother and am just going to throw it in the bin as I am sure the majority of women do as I am to embarrassed to give it to my local charity. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Do not purchase from this Company. They say there from london but infact are from China. Item sizing is incorrect .. item doesn’t look anything like pictures and when you try to return they offer you a partial refund as costs to much to return back to china . 😡😡😡 cannot get money back

Do not purchase anything as other reviews state- can’t return and items take ages to arrive. Makes you think shop is in London when in fact China! Item poor quality- leave well alone they should not be allowed to trade

Absolute scam, cheap crappy products & when you try to return they offer you discounts & then tell you it is going to cost more to return than you actually spent. Don’t know how they are allowed to continue to trade and scam us!

they do not have a return service so all website info is not correct. I tried to return a dress that was to big and they offered to send a smaller size for and extra £ 9. I got a small dress, but it had a faulty print and was not usable. I then asked for a full return but was told that the postage would be £50 !! I thought I bought from an UK company, but this is a Chinese operation. I was then offered 40% of my first payment returned? This is obviously a scam. The quality is also terrible - what looks like a cotton dress - was a 100% synthetic material but not really usable for a hot summer day and unpleasant to wear. It is really pity that there companies a polution to trust in buying online.

Scam company as others have said. Make it impossible to return items for a refund despite offering hassle-free returns on their website. I don't know how this website hasn't been shut down.
