Very pleased with our new car, I was very impressed from the moment I first called Carsa. The car was exactly as described and very well prepared for sale. Upon turning up at the showroom We were well looked after and then went on our test drive alone so no pushy sales person in back of car as has happened with other dealers. We were also told to take as long as we like and also advised to take car on the motorway too which was good.
We were talked through all of our options on our return after deciding to purchase the car and we also took out the 4 year warrantee and bodywork and wheel repair service too.
The complete service we received from Carsa today has been great and we are two very happy customers.

Was told finance was pre-agreed, that it was a come and test drive and drive off. No security code for Head unit so couldn’t test that. 6 hrs later finance still not approved. Painful. Car is great and a good price.

The staff ...Gaurav and Faiz were wonderful , know their business , deal was painless ..only air conditioning needs to be working in the show room , coffee machine needs to be better ..but in all thanks guys

The car was really well presented , very clean inside and out
Austin deal with us very well but your appointment system is chaotic - we had a 12.30pm slit but waited around 35/40 minutes to be seen
Minimal meet and greet during that period - no coffee mugs etc

Who ever given these guys 1 star are 100% legit ppl.carsa not even worth 1 star.wasted 6hrs and no deal .absolutely disgusting service. Was a big dent and scratches on the car which was not mentioned till I pointed out.for P/X my car on auto trader worth 4k n carsa offered £300.yes 300.was insulting. Absolutely disgusting....
